To me it boils down to whether you believe he did it or not. If I was falsely accused of a crime I didn't actually do, I'd be celebrating too when the charges got dropped. Now if he actually did that foolishness, that's another story Thats the thing, if Cash actually had a gun then TK and his lawyers wouldnt have let FTR celebrate like that.

Now if he actually did that foolishness, that's another story Yeah I agree. If I was Cash and was falsely accused of doing something I didn't do, then I'd be out there celebrating, too. He'd be completely justified to make fun of the situation. If he did what he was accused of, but there was a lack of evidence to really do anything about it, then he looks like an asshole.

I feel like there HAD to be no gun for Cash to be making the "Bang Bang" gesture to make fun of it all
Or, he's the biggest f***ing moron on the planet to make light of that situation
I wanna lean the former because I don't wanna believe Cash is somehow dumber than Dax is...

For Cash's sake, I'm glad nothing came of this. Whether he did road rage with a gun or not, I hope this whole experience is a reminder not to do it in the future.

Yeah, "not guilty" means that someone went through a trial and couldn't be proven guilty of committing a crime beyond a reasonable doubt. The prosecutors dropped the charges against Cash before even getting to a trial. Whatever the reasons for it, they decided to abandon the case, though I think if new, more decisive evidence came to light, they could re-file charges. A "not guilty" verdict would've been a lot more ironclad as even if new evidence came to light after an acquittal, they couldn't re-try Cash for the same crime as it'd be considered double jeopardy. That violates the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution.
Whether Cash did what he was accused of or not is only known to Cash and the other driver.
