I forgot LA Knoght is 41 years old. But these days, guys can go into their 50's, so I guess I shouldn't be shocked. Also, you have AJ, who is gonna be 47 this year. Yea, even slowed down, he's still pretty athletic.

Because AJ is slowing down himself I think he works better with older guys. The young guys just run circles around him so it's hard for him to keep up and that is the honest true about him in 2024. I forgot LA Knoght is 41 years old. But these days, guys can go into their 50's, so I guess I shouldn't be shocked. The advances in medical technology have done wonders for some wrestlers. Look at how guys like Edge and Sting have been able to have great comebacks recently after having what used to be considered career enders only 10 or so years ago. It also feels like wrestlers take better care of their bodies on average lately, so they can have longer careers than in the 90s and 00s.

AJ probably cheats to win. He SHOULD cheat to win, and make it creative so it doesn't make Knight look like a nimrod. I already wasn't very high on Knight, but I didn't realize he was prejudiced against people with the X-gene. That's disappointing.

Now out of the world title scene and probably for good. He's gotta turn his attention to Logan Paul and the US title.
Please save that belt Knight, so it can be on TV every week again.

He stays on Smackdown. But with guys like Melo coming aboard, I could see him getting the US title before Knight, if at all.

Here's hoping that he doesn't just end up in a forever feud with AJ Styles.

Bump... …Between this and Stratton, I’m suggesting a moratorium on suggesting cycling talents on and off TV until we can prove that it’s not just a way of saying “Get the people I don’t like off of TV, and keep the people I do like ON TV every week”.

It's a small thing, but I noticed after the slam, he stopped during the finger pointing to the crowd with the L-A-Knight YEAH chant.

Loses to new star Tama Tonga to help put him over.
Not sure where this all goes for now. Perhaps he's used to put over new heels.
Let's see how this plays out.

They definitely teased Knight-Paul on Friday. I can see that being the MITB or Summerslam match.
