im afriad that Jeff becoming champion too soon will kill off his support... and a clean loss will hurt his credibility and momentum... WWE is walking a very thin line with him... i really hope it works out And you're right. People are hating the outcome to the Mysterio/MVP bout for the US strap from sunday, but it was a logical outcome that protected both workers. Not the same outcome, but a similar result would protect both Orton and Hardy. Of course, I don't think there is any chance at all that Jeff wins the top strap next month at the RR. No way.

i wouldn't put the WWE title just yet on him.
Money in the Bank win, then yeah.
Right now i think he'd be great for ECw, since he will lose to Orton in order to get Orton even more over heading into Mania.
But what Triple H did for Hardy is the same thing Eddie did for Rey Mysterio. Put him in that caliber where he could main event.
Jeez Triple H must have done a good job, because i'm actually more open towards a jeff hardy title reign, especially if it's Orton he beats.
TRansitional champ is what Hardy has written all over him though. I have no confidence in Hardy being able to carry a program like Cena.
but as a transitional champ...especially if he loses the belt to Umaga...

Moving Jeff over to ECW is a horrible idea, and will really show that McMahon is indeed out of touch. It seems that people want Hardy to be a main eventer. They're pushing him to the moon. He seems clean and sober. I'm sure that he (And Matt for that matter) will be damn fine world champions.
I think a good Orton-Hardy program is what we need. A little shake up. Jeff doesn't have to win at RR, and I don't expect him to. But really, I could see a great program that if properly booked, which doesn't always happen, really getting fans involved again.
Once Cena returns, I think really what will have to happen is something new. Cena has feuded with just about everybody... Jeff Hardy would be a new, interesting program. I think Cena has to come back in a sort of heelish fashion and act like the title should be his, and not Hardy's... That could really sell. I'm not sure how much chemistry Hardy and Cena would have, but I think if they turned Cena heel, at least on the short term, it could really work.

Cena and Hardy have showed the ability to have a good match with most any type of style

Cena and Hardy have showed the ability to have a good match with most any type of style I mean, I don't personally know if they themselves have chemistry. I'm sure they'd at least get it if they didn't have it initially. I think a heel Cena-face Hardy feud would be money.

There are only two things I think holding Jeff back.
1) Bad on the mic.
2) Incapable of playing heel.
Other than that, I think people would buy most anything coming his way. I think a title reign wouldn't be that bad of an idea, as long as he didn't have a Mysterio like reign.
