Would you call the match with Regal shooting on Goldberg stiff? If so I'd say that match. Eh not really that match was more wrestling based than strike heavy. Goldberg vs. Meng or Goldberg vs. either Steiner Brother were stiff as hell compared to other regal and goldberg matches, that one was piffy. There were no real hard hits in there, just a lot of good chain wrestling/judo counters. It was really neat

The Mass Transit Incident Luger vs someone in a steel cage where the guy wasn't selling anything and Luger left for fear of his livelihood Regal a couple times in WCW (see Goldberg) That man would be Bruiser Brody with referee Bill Alphonso. Luger once again has to deal with a locked door so he climbed over the cage to flee.

The Mass Transit Incident Luger vs someone in a steel cage where the guy wasn't selling anything and Luger left for fear of his livelihood Regal a couple times in WCW (see Goldberg) As said before, it was more wrestling-oriented as opposed to strikes, as no one got hurt in that encounter. Though his match with Benoit in December 96 on Nitro was pretty stiff, got busted open the hardway apparently and they had to cut to the hardcam for the rest of the match so you couldn't see his face.

If we're going by pure physicality without weapons, etc. then whichever match it was where Vader's eye came out of the socket.

Regal-Goldberg on WCW. The match that cost Regal his job. It did, but I saw the match and it's not like Goldberg was eating elbows or forearms till his face got swollen or anything, hardly the stiff encounter that it was hyped to be online. But to each his own.

I just don't see how any sort of stiff match award can go outside Japan, like for legitimately stiff but still professional work.
I don't count wrestlers losing their rag and hurting each other as a stiff match.

This board really, REALLY needs a puking smiley ... Really. when I first saw it, I figured a light thing that kinda makes it look like hes got a hardon, but DAMN he got a tent, AND hes put Hogan in the Camel Clutch!

I guess Hogan got humbled. All that was missing was a broken back.
