Bagwell's Blockbuster (that's what it was called, right?). To put a move that deals so instrumentally with the neck, and make it so that the person executing it never even sees the person he's performing it on after the flip starts....

Well, Taker's tombstones often look fake as hell, if the camera angle isn't perfect you can sometimes see the huge space between the mat and the guy's head. It was also pretty obvious that Yokozuna landed on his feet and didn't put too much weight on the opponen't body with his Banzai drop, although I guess he could break a few ribs and crush some organs if he'd really dropped his full weight on some guy.
That "walk over a guy and step on his chest with one foot" thing though, that has to hurt, especially when it's someone like Khali or Mark Henry. And there's no way to fake it, you see that one of his feet is in the air.

Any version of the piledriver worries me for the guy on the recieving end. It's too easy for that move to go wrong.

And there's no way to fake it, you see that one of his feet is in the air. Yeah, that movie has to be done just right. Bret Hart talked about when Andre called the spot in a match they had. Bret said he was glad Andre was friendly with him and made sure to bounce around like a pinball for the giant. There aren't any specific moves that make me cringe, really, just botched moves like someone diving head first into a Pedigree, Rocker Dropper or Diamond Cutter. Oh, and when someone doesn't get enough momentum on an SSP like Lesnar or this guy... www.youtube.com/watch?v=qnFMN_C8P-cWell, I guess Standing SSPs are about the most non-botched cringe-worthy moves I think.

-Whenever ,Undertaker, London or Kendrick (or any of the divas) does a dive to the outside. Sometimes it looks like they almost screw up and go ass over tea kettle on landing.

AT first glance I thought this thread title was "MOVIES that scare you" and I was confused. All I can think of is every time I see the clip from Royal Rumble 2000 of HHH Pedigreeing Cactus Jack onto thumbtacks it makes me cringe. Oh absolutely. I mean I know Foley is hardcore, but I just think that if I was getting thrown into tacks, if I had them in my temples and my lips and my nose...I couldn't deal with that. And what if they'd gone in his eyes? It just scares me so badly.

Ah yes! The girls taking a bump! That's one of the things I can't stand to watch is the girls taking a bump. They just NEVER seem to land well.

The FU scares me.
It scares me because I'm afraid we'll never see a true DVD or Dreamer-Driver again.
And that's a bad thing.

I'm half tempted to ask why you dont think Taker can do it, and half tempted to ask where you got the phrase "ass over tea kettle" from.

I know Dusty Rhodes said a few times, but I've heard it from others as well.

Did he just botch a torture rack one day when he came up with that?

Yet they all look to have more impact than the gentle drop that is the FU. Even the floaty RKO that requires total co-operation from the opponent looks more devastating. When the impact of your finisher looks exactly like a scoop slam, it's time to find something else.
