Undertaker is better. He can wrestle any style with any one. I'm alittle biased though, he's from my hometown and I like satan.

I'm pretty sure he was in the Main Event before they even really got married... Seriously... It's like marrying Steph suddenly gave him superpowers. The fans liked him and it's not because he's with Steph.

I'm pretty sure he was in the Main Event before they even really got married... Truth. I could be wrong but I think he was WWF champion before he married Steph. At least once, if not twice.

Point blank - Triple H is an upper-midcarder who married his way into the main event. Explain to me what the guy has done to EARN 11 World Title reigns and a spot main eventing 6 Wrestlemanias? He's never proven to be a major draw in any way. In fact, since Triple H was first booked as the biggest star in the company back in 2000, the ratings have plummeted. This is entirely a case of someone being declared great so often that people have began to believe it as the truth. Give ______ ______ (fill in the blank) the amount of air time and the push Triple H has been given over the past 8 years and they too would be looked at as a superstar, regardless of actual ability. Triple H is an above average talent, but he's not a megastar. He's not Hogan, he's not Austin, he's not the Rock, he's not even Angle. He's somewhere between Foley and Y2J. Yep. The only reason he became slightly over was because of DX. He was only a part of that because he carried Shawn's bags. His character totally didn't fit in the group, the only reason for it was because of who his friends were, not because it made sense. After that he was pushed and pushed and pushed without getting over until he married steph and was secure for life. I will say he was fantastic from 2000 until his quad injury. Since then, he's been awful, overly muscled, slow and dull and has pretty much just rested on his reputation rather than actually being entertaining.

His biggest problem is he's just too overexposed. It's causing him to become really, really stale.

I'm pretty sure Trips and Steph didn't meet and get married the same day. You think he didn't have any influence just by being Steph's partner before they were married?

Okay, when did this argument stop being relevant? 3 or 4 years ago? Let's get with the times, folks.

His biggest problem is he's just too overexposed. It's causing him to become really, really stale. Agreed. Otherwise, I think he is one of the best wrestlers in the WWE, which includes MVP, CM Punk, and a bunch of others.

I'm pretty sure he was in the Main Event before they even really got married... As far as I know as well, they weren't going out off-camera at the time of his push as well. It kinda just developed.

Trips isn't necessarily the best on the roster, but he's the most consistent. There aren't too many guys in that locker room who can have such consistently great matches with so many different people from Rock to Foley to Hardy.

HHH definitely is not the best. He's been pushed for the better part of the last 7 or 8 years as "The One Wrestler To Rule Them All" (or as his new shirt says, "The One True Destroyer [of Careers]"), to always come out on top and put people away with little to no effort (unless it's Cena).
We get told every week that he's the only guy on the roster who eats, sleeps, breathes, and lives wrestling. We get told that nobody cares about the business except him.
People may know that it's not true, but they also get sick of hearing about it. HHH is definitely overexposed, and overpushed.
Which isn't to say he was a horrible wrestler, or that he is now. What he DOES need to do, though, is take some time off and reinvent himself. Get away from the "I Destroy everything because I'm the greatest of all time!" character. When he turns heel, no more 25 minute interviews where he says "There's only one diamond in this business, and you're looking at him!". No more putting people away with sleeper holds. No more waiting 3 minutes after Pedigreeing a guy to pin him.
Basically, HHH needs to become a character who won't bury other wrestlers. It's time to transition out of his "Mr. Dominant" phase into the "Seasoned Veteran" phase.

...like, say, jobbing out to Jeff Hardy? Or when he put over John Cena?

...like, say, jobbing out to Jeff Hardy? Or when he put over John Cena? I already mentioned Cena. And there's still plenty of time for him to get his win back on Jeff. He's done it to Jeff before... (during the Two Man Power Trip era)

Triple H is one of my favourites, has good matches more regulary than not, is good on the mic and is generally easier to watch than most of the crap on WWE at the moment.
He needs some new feuds though, a feuding with people like Undertaker, MVP and maybe Edge would all be good viewing.

I always thought HHH was great in the ring. He always deserved to be a multi time champion in my oppinion, he is extrermly talneted in all aspects of wrestling. But the insane over exposure he had afew years back really killed my fandom. And another thing. I dont know if he used his relationship with Stef to become an 11 time champion, and neither do any of you. It cannot be proven of disproven.
