Austin vs. Hart - Submission match WM13 Rey Mysterio vs. Psicosis - Mexican Death Match (ECW I don't know when - he won with a freakin' insane huracanrana off the commentary position to the floor) Money in the Bank Match WM23 Benoit & Jericho vs. Austin & Triple H - the crowd heat was insane - plus the fact that that big-nosed glory hog tore a quad and was off our tv screens for a nice long time..... Benoit vs. Regal (I believe it was a Royal Rumble) Benoit vs. Angle (ANY time they met it was pure technical wrestling gold)
That's it for now.....

Top of my head.......
Bret/Austin WM13. Everything, EVERYTHING about this match is perfect
Honourable mention to Warrior/Hogan WM6. This was the biggest thing ever when I was 9 years old.

Well, to sidestep a lot of the more obvious answers, and those that have been said already, I'm gonna go with Cactus Jack/HHH HIAC from No Way Out 2000 (I believe). It doesn't get brought up a lot, but it's a sentimental fave for me, easily the most emotionally invested I've become in a match while watching it. I was literally on my feet towards the end while watching this in my living room, and when Foley went through the cage and through the ring I sincerely thought at the time he had just died. Plus, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this was the first time fire had been used in the WWF outside of the Inferno matches. People can argue for days about HBK/Taker or Mankind/Taker being the best HIAC, but this one wins everytime in my opinion.
