well they were in the tag title picture, hence them being included in the tag gauntlet. they have had some good matches and hopefully they will get a bigger part since daniels is preparing to feud with lethal. Using that logic then Shark Boy and Eric Young are also in the tag title picture. If Triple X really was in the title picture then they would be facing Team Pacman instead of AJ and Tomko. yes eric young and sharkboy were in the tag title picture. the match was a number one contenders match for the tag team belts. regardless, i am glad they reformed them because it has gotten elix and low-ki back on tv, even if only a little bit it is more than they were getting.

i will say yes because if you are in a match where the winner get's a title shot, you are in the current picture for that title. of course it doesn't seem like much when it is the rumble or something, because everyone is currently in the picture for that title. if fighting for a title shot doesn't make you in that title's picture, what does?

Actually being in a program with the champion(s) puts you in the title picture. By your definition, Dick Murdoch was in the WWF World Title picture when he appeared in the Royal Rumble in what? 95? 96? I can't remember

They need another stable to feud with.

Eric Young was one of the final three competitors. That is almost as "in the title picture" you can be in a battle royal situation. The whole idea leading into that match was that TNA's tag division was stacked full of teams and it was unclear which one should get a title shot.
Also, as far as I can tell, Triple X are heels. So while you have heel champions, they're probably not going to get a push for the titles. Though it's harder to say that in TNA than in WWE.

I think you are the ONLY person who would say that. Eh, no he's not. Just because you're not feuding for a title doesn't mean you're not in very near contention for a shot at one. Like the Joe/Christian feud...do you really think the winner won't likely receive a title shot in the near future? Triple X isn't totally there yet, but they HAVE been featured when TNA has had a bunch of tag teams come out and talk about how they deserve a shot at the belts, so they're at least in consideration. Plus, Russo likes Triple X.

I don't get why they would bog down Daniels and SEnshi with that Jobber Skipper?
Seriously Daniels had the biggest fued at that point, Senshi had already built up a reputation as one of the most intense talents in TNA, and Elix Skipper was in WCW once...
I don't get the reformation.
I also don't like Low Ki in White Speedos.

The direction of them is this.
Daniels vs. Lethal for the X Division Title @ BFG
Senshi/Skipper vs LAX in Ultimate X @ BFG
Id say theyre doing fine.

Skipper isn't without merit, he was a former Cruiserweight Champion and former NWA tag champ with XXX on numerous occasions so I don't think he's a jobber, but to each their own.

Is it for a tag title shot, or are they just doing it because both teams have the letter X in the name? And speaking of Christopher Daniels, remember two years ago when he was the X Division champion and one of the biggest stars in TNA? I seem to remember that he was poised for great things and would be the NWA Champion within a year or so. Now we're lucky if we see him on TV on a weekly basis.

I still don't understand why Daniels is still wearing the eye makeup. But with Daniels asking for help from above, and the announcers making a point of that, that crazy angle might not be gone just yet.

The second hour is hardly a cure-all. There will still be shortcomings but obviously more guys will get to be on each show and they'll be able to do more matches while still doing angles/promos/skits. I think they are planning on getting the x-division really going again, thus the Lethal win and getting the feud with Daniels rolling.
