I'd have to say El Gigante followed closely by Khali.
Andre gets a pass because he was much more mobile earlier in his career.

Hank Scorpio
He has the looks of Andre the Giant, and the strength of Barry Windham. Not to mention he's a hero to a few armadillos, a kangaroo and a small herd of bison.

Khali moves around pretty well for somebody who's booked to move as slow as that
his Japan stuff was cooler because he did more awesome moves.
Oh yeah I'll say the most immobile guy ever was Mark Madden why did he wrestle Mean Gene

Ken Patera and Arcidi were up there.... Yer kiddin' me... Arcidi was bad, but Patera was an all-time superstar. The winner is the person that said Big Daddy - he couldn't really work singles matches for most of the 1980s, as he was too slow... someone like Maeda, Davey Boy or Dynamite would tag with him, work 95% of the match, and eventually Daddy would come in, do his move (the belly bounce) and win with a splash. That's... it. And he was a huge draw for the kids, but eventually drove everyone else away.

scott steiner dude can barely get in the ring Considering he's managed to pull off the Frankensteiner on Rhino & Muta over the past year I'd say you're about as wrong as anyone has ever been... ever! The answer is obviously DDT's Ladder.

I think Giant Gonzales barely edges out Khali for this dubious honor.
