They do.
If it were up to me, I'd get rid of the X-Division (It has some good talent, but they don't seem to know what to do with it) and then create a mid-card belt. It would be good for up-and-comers like Kazarian and Roode to hold.

It would have to be unified with the x-division title, cuz too many belts is bad.

The x-division is the cruiserweight division and not everybody competes for the belt.
having a mid-card belt though a cheap copout would give us a reason to care more about Abyss, James Storm, Bobby Roode, and those who are beyond the X-division like Joe and Frankie.

If it happens then it's too many belts.
They'd have to get rid of the X-Division title and that's the only belt they have with any past.
But a midcard belt would be nice. The X-Division guys could be in the hunt and it would give guys like Robert Roode and others something else to do.
It seems like if you aren't in a tag team or a main eventer you have nothing to do unless you can do a bunch of flippy moves.

I don't care if it's too many belts. The X-Division title is for a select group of individuals. So, it'd be nice for guys like James Storm, Roode, Harris, etc. to chase after to prove that they can be in the World title picture later on without automatically being tossed in for no much reasoning behind it. And Tomko can have it for about three years. He intrigues me. And that's all I care about.

TNA is in need of a lot of things. Hardly. They have their problems, but they're doing more things right than wrong, IMO. I don't think they need a upper card belt yet. They may want to invest in one down the road, if they get a second show, but for now it would just bee too much.

TNA is in need of a lot of things. Yes like good booking I would like to see a secondary title and keep the X Division title since it has a lot of history.

TNA's titles are more focussed on different styles of wrestling (or at least, used to be). Ergo having, say, a TV Title doesn't mean much. But a Hardcore Title would allow guys like Rhino, James Storm, Chris Harris, Black Reign, Tomko & even Bobby Roode or Eric Young the chance to offer something a bit different.

TNA is in need of a lot of things. Eh, they're getting there. Production values are their biggest concern right now.

Eh, they're getting there. Production values are their biggest concern right now. You forgot competent announcing, too. They should name Mike Tenay "Captain Obvious" because all he ever does is state completely obvious facts. If a wrestler is a heel, Tenay just goes "Oh! He's trying to get to the crowd with that!" On the plus side, the fact that Test and Rikishi were gone so quickly means TNA may be finally getting rid of their Washed-Up WWE Superstars Fetish.

I disagree, I think the TNA sets themself apart by not having a "B"-grade Title. It could be argued that the X Division title is their B Title, but it wasn't always that way and really shouldn't be presented that way. With the X Division being [ West ] not about weight limits, but no limits [ /West ], TNA could use it to give all their midcarders a place to shine instead of what they're doing now. It would be a huge mistake to get rid of the X Division because while the TNA Title has some limited NWA history even after NWA booted them, the X Division is all TNA and TNA has a chance to form their own legacy behind it.

TV Title would be much better. It'd give a good 15 minutes of Impact a much needed boost and get rid of anything Black Reign off my screen.

A TV title would be nice, it'd give the huge amount of mid-card guys something to feud over.

It would also give them a title to be defended more regularly than the others on TV.

I miss the days when ECW and WCW had regular defenses of their TV Titles on their weekly TV shows
