Dan Maff. The details have been kept under wraps, and justly so. He ticked off Homicide something fierce, and Homicide declared that he would never again work for any promotion that booked Dan Maff afterward...Homicide being a much bigger draw, he got his way. dam homicide keeping maff down wit da polityks!! if a company will book pacman jones, i dont see why they wouldnt book anyone else they thought would draw, regardless of his past. (thats not a shot at TNA, just using an example)

I think Warrior blackballed the indsutry from himself.. considering how TNT wanted him for their big debut that never happened, TNA was after him in the beginning. He just doesn't wanna work wrestling anymore/

For a blackballing to occur, it'd mean the entire industry would be against hiring you. I could only really see it occuring when the NWA was fully in power but if there is money to be made with someone, they'll always have work

It was a lot more common back in the day, but it also wasn't sucha big deal back then. Dr. D is the prime example. No he isn't, actually. Dr. D wasn't blackballed from anything. People forget that after Vince fired him, he showed up for a while in AWA.

I liked Dan Maff, wonder what he did.
It better be something heinous for Homicide to pull that.

I would say Nailz, because the only reason Bischoff hired him was because McMahon basically made sure the guy would never come back. Once Bischoff was done with him because of the lawsuit over the character, nobody else wanted anything to do with him.

Even though he's one of my favorite wrestlers, I honestly could see Low-Ki getting blackballed from the big feds within the next 5 years. Him and Gabe already have heat, I've heard rumors about him not getting along with many backstage in TNA, and I don't know if WWE would hire him.

Teddy Hart worked AAA a couple weeks ago. He was just at Jersey all pros event last week.
Isn't the whole Dan Maff situation about Homicide's sister?

I mean low-ki was fine jobbing to chuck taylor in IWA MS. I don't think he has as much of an attitude problem as alot of people think he has.

I'm surprised nobody said "Dennis Stamp" yet.

I'm surprised nobody said "Dennis Stamp" yet. There's a difference between not being booked and being blacklisted.

I have to go with Brock Lesnar, who not only managed to burn bridges with the WWE and New Japan, but to also demand a lot of money.

No, because if he truly was blackballed, then TNA wouldn't keep trying to get him. He's simply outpriced himself for them and/or doesn't have enough interest to work there. 80% of the promotions in the world would LOVE to have Lesnar on their cards IF they could afford him. That's not being blackballed.
