If you mean by wackiest flippy spots/craziest aerial moves, I vote: 1: Yosh!stune + alter egos 2: Ricochet 3: PAC 4: jack Evans 5: Hayabusa
If you mean by smoothest/crispest all round high flying, I vote: 1: Mistico 2: Great Sasuke 3: 90's Rey Mysterio Jr 4: Ultimo Dragon 5: Mike Quackenbush
For a mixture of both, I vote:
1: 90's Rey Mysterio Jr 2: Mistico 3: Yosh!tsune 4: Great Sasuke 5: TIE: Hayabusa/Mike Quackenbush
Aj Styles and Paul London are up there too. Scorpio and John Kronus are also 2 of the best heavyweight high fliers I've ever seen. Kronus could do a standing frigging 450.
The likes of Super Crazy and Blitzkrieg are hhighly underrated as well, IMO. Psicosis in his prime was pretty spectacular too.
I also have to say that the little-known luchador Incognito aka Original Mistico, is pretty amazing as well. Not the most crazy insane flippy moves, but he mixes innovation and grace brilliantly.
EDIT: After rewatching the Takuya Sugi tribute vid and refreshing my memory on him, I had to change my vote. He is the most spectacular guy out there today. Maybe not the most graceful, but easily the most jawdropping.

A high-flying tech support guy could be awesome... Actually, this may be racist, but it should be Sonjay Dutt, but calling himself Steve Dunn... he could be the WoW Playa from the Himalayas, That could be the greatest idea of a gimmick for him yet.

As far as my FAVORITES go, it's between PAC and Mysterio.
2 Cold Scorpio is also up there for me...I haven't seen enough of Hayabusa.

Yosh!tsune/El Blazer/AHII/whatever gimmick Takuya Sugi is using is my favorite high-flyer of all time. Not just is he simply amazing, is a 'rana user over "2000 flips before drop" high-flyer. His corkscrew dragonrana is a thing of beauty. As his is gymnast-like flips signaling for a big move to the outside or just to tease it is also great. And he botches MUCH less than one would imagine.

Pillman . He had this form when he would fly off the ropes that was beautiful.

wow.... Im surprised not many people have mentioned MISTICO... the man wrestlers half the time when hes hurt and even though sometimes he botches things... I have never seen someone like him (early Mysterio included) who can make you beleive a man can fly

Link doesn't work due to filters. Fixing the filter doesnt' work either. But if you're linking to his somersault no-hands-spring into the ropes, then yeah, it's amazing. Even more amazing is that I once saw Claudio Castagnoli do the same move. Claudio/Yos!tsune would be fantastic, since Claudio always works well with flippy little guys (see his matches with Pac and Ricochet)

I was a big fan of Hustle Kamen Red and didn't know who he was or what he'd done since. I think some of the stuff in that video comes over a bit contrived and/or unnecessarily complicated, but he's a breathtaking athlete and was the star of every match I've seen him in. Also, that reverse rana into a pin dealie is sick.
Great Sasuke, Rey Mysterio and Essa Rios all come to mind for me.

Pillman . He had this form when he would fly off the ropes that was beautiful. Still makes me sad to watch Pillman after he got hurt... And Mistico is one hell of an ariel artist...

I was REALLY young but remember seeing Jushin Liger thinking he was one bad motherf***er with his matches with Pillman.
