At least now when we're talking about a celebrity's beard, we're talking about actual facial hair. ZING!!!!!!

I think it's funny that this pretty much sinks the joke that Conan cannot grow facial hair.
Also, he kinda looks like Dr. Venture if he had a mighty pompador.

First Letterman, now him... Guess they fell on hard times with the writer's strike Conan's looks decent. Letterman looks like a hobo Santa.

At first, I thought it was a dig on "Bizarro Conan," then I realized it wasn't a sketch....it was the real deal.

Coney doesn't need lousy writers. This is epic television. And lookit, he's playing with dolls in his office. Fabulous show. "Don't go to the theatre..." "I'll do as I please" "I don't think you should go to the theatre...." Classic. And him singing "Sabotage" as Edith Bunker was awesome

Last night was awesome. I'll have to watch Letterman to see his beard now, I only watched Conan.
The bit with his guitar had me rolling, and I was literally in tears with his Edith Bunker singing Sabotage.

Conan is the one who's gonna flourish from this writer's strike. He now has the chance to go full throttle with his crazy ideas and cut loose and have fun.
Dave is either gonna have so much time to bitch about things, they might move him into Andy Rooney's spot on 60 Minutes, or we're going to see the return of Old Dave, the throw caution to the wind, let's strap a camera on a roller skating monkey and see what happens Dave.
And Jay is gonna look like a deer in headlights. He's gonna wish he had retired last year.

Just to make sure, the song he was playing was by Iron Butterfly, right?

Letterman looks like Phil Jackson. Conan looks like an Irish coal miner.
And Late Night is completely off the rails now, but in a good way. Conan did a whole segment from the catwalk above his studio tonight. I see a bunch of hidden camera skits and wacky public interactions in future episodes, ala Tom Green.
