from what I've seen this could be the dumbest f***ing movie to come out in theaters in a very long time, that and meet the spartans!

As an MMA fan, I think this movie will suck. But I am somewhat curious to see how well the fight scenes are choreographed, which I'm thinking will be awful. Basically, I'll see it in a "it's so lame it's funny" type of way. The fights will be so cheesy and unrealistic.

I hadn't heard of this movie until yesterday when I saw repeated advertisements for it during Ultimate Fight Night live. I'm a fan of MMA as well, but I don't think that these fights will be choreographed for smurf. And judging by the one comment I've read on another site about this film, I don't have too high of hopes for it: I'd sum this movie up as Save the Last Dance meets Fight Club, without any of the redeeming values of Fight Club. Not a good combo there ...

maybe those yougn unks, get to fight someone like Don Frye, Fedor, Kharitonov, Dr. Anderson Silva, or Drunk Tank Gomi at the end fo the movie If that movie featured Anderson Silva vs. Cyborg Anderson Silva, it would be the most epic movie ever. Let's write our own MMA movie.

It's easily a rip-off of the christine taylor, billy blanks masterpiece known as "Showdown". It also stars john asher....you know gary from the 'weird science' tv show and the former husband of jenny mccarthy.
It was filmed about an hour away from me at east ridge high school and cypress creek high school in clermont and orlando respectedly.

I predict that everybody will take 50-60 strikes to the head and not even fall down once, along with the bad guy performing a hanging chokehold by climbing outside of the octagon and hanging onto the guy's neck. It will not result in a disqualification.

I saw it late one night, and then asked myself why I subjected myself to it.
