Ok, now I'm having trouble with beating Wolf.... I kind of only want to use Fox and Falco to beat him because, well...he IS their main rival. Any tips? Unlocking him? I used Pikachu and kept him near the edge of stage the whole time. EDIT: I misread what you wrote, I'd try the same strategy with Fox, he's quicker. You're best to try to keep allowing him to knock you off and hoping he follows so you can do your up+B I can understand you wanting to make it feel more special, but don't burden yourself with doing things the hard way if you you're having enough trouble.

Well, I finally beat Wolf.
Ironically, after all my tries with Fox, I beat him with Falco....and by pure luck.
What happened was, it wasn't more than 30 sec into the fight when a gooey bomb showed up. Wolf grabbed it, and tagged me with it, and then I tagged him back(placing the bomb into him), and then we both ran to opposite edges, and I shot Falco's blaster at Wolf(none of the shots hitting him), and was waiting for the bomb to go off before continuing my assault. Then... BOOM the bomb went off in the biggest explosion I've ever seen coming from a Gooey Bomb, and Wolf was blasted completely off screen and KOed.
Note that were both took only a few hits(both were below 30% damage). That had to be extreme luck.

Had 40 seconds left of the 15 minute brawl, with over 700 KOs and then died I'm done with the 15 minute Brawl...never again The BS about the Multi-man Brawls? There is no constant difficulty. In the 15 minute Brawl, I am able to EASILY clear over 100 people in 3 minutes with Donkey Kong and Kirby. Switch it to the actual 100-man Brawl, and I get down to the final 30 and then it gets ungodly hard. Even with Donkey Kong's down smash. Why? Because the enemies somehow become able to make it through the damage radius of DK's down smash and once they do that, they start juggling me in the air and then they just SLIGHTLY knock me off screen and I can't jump back! Anyone I use, no matter who they are, just drop like they were covered in metal! What is really unfair is, by that point it isn't uncommon for you to be around 100% damage...... I hate the Multi-man Brawls with a passion....

Yeah I know EXACTLY what you're saying, I finally cleared the 100 man brawl below 3:30 after trying it with 4 people. Of course the thing is, I'm anal about that, due to the fact that it shows I've attempted it with that character and I failed, so I had to go back and beat it again with that person.
It's amazing, I can literally get around to the last 15 people, and like you said, they start juggling you, it's to the point you can't even land (this is why I'm usually good with Pikachu due to his thunder) and I have to zip around like no other. It's funny because I beat it at 2:59 with 149% health. The funny thing is, I would've beaten it at probably 2:15 with about 35% health if it wasn't for the last 15 or so guys just going absolutely nuts on me.
But I'll be damned if I try that 15 minute match again, it's WAY too long to keep attempting and failing. If I get another golden hammer, hopefully I can beat it.

Oh man, the Cruel Brawl is absolutely ridiculous...
I did find a way that seems to work pretty well. First and foremost, pick Captain Falcon. As soon as the match starts, dodge left twice, wait a second, and go for the Forward+B (Dashing Uppercut). Now, lather, rinse, repeat... Seriously... Just keep doing the forward+B and dodge to get yourself into better positions. If you fly off the edge, DO NOT try and jump directly back on the platform as the Alloys will always be waiting in a group and will hurt you as soon as you come near them. Always go for the edge and always try and get to the edge from the bottom as opposed to the top or side. When you're at the edge the enemies are ridiculously stupid and will jump to try and eliminate you so you can always get one or two (if you're lucky) to just fall off the stage randomly. When you get on the edge, if all the guys are near the edge, hit A or B to hit them all. If the guys are spread out a little more, drop down off the edge then jump right back on and try again.
Seriously, the biggest pro-tip I can give you is that the edge is their biggest enemy and you can easily eliminate people that way. Otherwise, Falcon's dashing uppercut can throw multiple people in the air and, at around 70%, eliminate them. It takes a ton of work to get the pattern down (And even then the computers are constantly changing up what they do slightly) but I think it can definitely be done. I got 3 kills (With one guy just about to die) before I died. Here are some tips on the enemies themselves...
Green Alloy = Huge Kirby. He is a powerhouse and will eliminate you with almost everything in his arsenal. Try to always counterattack this one as most of his ground attacks will definitely eliminate you. When he is below the ground part of the Battlefield, he will always inevitably run out of air and not make it back, so if you can, make sure he goes down there.
Red Alloy = Captain Falcon. He is an expert at the Bionic Knee (AKA Knee of Truth... Forward+A in the air) and can get off quick Forward+A on the ground. He seems to be the most prone to falling off the stage as almost every time, as soon as I hit the edge he jumps off and inevitably doesn't come back.
Blue Alloy = Falco. While most of his moves hurt, his standing attacks eliminate the most. Watch out for his standing A, as that seems to be his big move. While he doesn't hurt as much as the Green Alloy, he eliminated me way more due to his speed. Watch out for this bastard.
Yellow Alloy = Mario. He is the possibly the easiest of the 4 types, but his air attacks eliminate far more than anybody else. He will also get eliminated by attacks more often than the rest.
One thing that can definitely help you is the idea that the Alloys have no use of the B moves, meaning they only have a second jump. Knock them far enough and they have no chance. That's the only real help I can offer as I couldn't even get to 5, but I did get damn close. Just keep altering your strategy and pick somebody who's got a quick recovery time for their moves as any opening will be used to destroy you.

Oh yeah, and it seems they may have fixed the server problem slightly, as every time I've tried to connect with random people, I've found a match, albeit it took almost a minute each time to find a match, but still.

Believe it or not, but I feel Lucas is the best...I was able to get 5 with him. I also ironically got 4 with Jigglypuff, which ties with how many I got with Jiggly in Melee.

I just finished a 5 day binge on this game, including an all-nighter last night. And I must say that it is extremely good.
I like how classic mode is very streamlined and well balanced and pretty quick to beat.
I don't get how you can hate SSE. Sure it's not a great platform game, but it is a great story mode to add to a fighting game. Plus they managed to tell a story without any words, which is an accomplishment. My only complaint is it can get a little tedious, especially with the maze. Thankfully they show you where the doors are so it's not quite so hard. Also, not so much a complaint, but Nintendo should send Square a big fat royalty check for virtually ripping off Kingdom Heart's character designs.
I also like the new characters. Meta Knight is my favorite, along with Pit. Sonic is extremely fast but his moves are a bit hard for me to hit right now. Snake is pretty good too but his smash attacks are weak. Dedede is ok but something seems off. I really dig Wolf because he's a stronger version of Fox and Falco but is still very quick. I actually wouldn't mind seeing Falco go and keep Wolf. Finally, I like Zero Suit Samus. That whip is pretty brutal.
I'm not totally sold on the Smash Ball though. It's way too difficult to actually get it, and when you do the attacks usually don't do much. They either need to power them up more or make it easier to get the ball.
Also, the sheer number of unlockables is insane. I can't wait to try to get everything this game has. I absolutely love it. Plus hopefully I can figure out how to hook my Wii up to the internet.
Hopefully, once i get my tax return next week and liquidate my PS2 collection I'll be able to pick this game up and actually own it.

One thing I do hate, are the Target Tests...only because every has the same course and the fact that getting it under a certain time limit is very very frustrating...anyone even break the time limits yet?

I was close on Target Course #2 with Sonic. Goal was 19 seconds and I got 21.34 on my best run.

I broke the level 2 time with Falco. My brother did the rest and saved them just in case anyone wants to see them.

Played Brawl over a friend's house for a few hours. I was surprised how great the controls were on the Wii-mote (it was my first time ever playing a Wii). It never felt weird or awkward while playing and it was easy to catch on with. Very nice.
