Eric f'n Bruntlett! 0-6 with 7 LOB!!!!! He can't even get a bunt down! He blows. It's like he's never played baseball ever. Can we just send him back to the Astros? For like, some BBQ or something?

After three games I reached this observation. The Pirates are really, really bad once again. The Cubs didn't even play all that well, hell they pratically tried to give the Pirates 2 games and let they get the sweep. So I don't see that losing season streak ending any time soon.

Jays and A's are in the 12th. Brandon League looks like he might lose this one. He's an OK pitcher though, does his job 9 times out of 10.
Maybe I spoke too soon...I hope I did. 2 outs, bases loaded...big spot here.

1-2-3. Nice job Gordon. Howard to lead off the 12th. I call a K or a homerun.

Rangers take both the day and night games of the double header against Baltimore and are now over .500 for the first time ever under Ron Washingon! 5-4!!!
A nice little day for Ian Kinsler.

That was one hell of a game last night but the Mets won 4-3.
Angel Pagan is unreal. .370 with 9 RBI's in 8 games.

White Sox (Contreras) vs. Tigers (Willis) tonight at the Cell (US Cellular Field). Sox try to keep Tigers on the downslide, while coming back from an awful showing on Wednesday. (Sox rained out Thursday, rescheduled for June 9 @ 1PM.)
7:11pm start time brought to you by 7-Eleven. (I swear to you it's true.) Rotten pitching match-up brought to you by the new talking ESPN automatically-loading batting tee & system.
By the way, any of you baseball fans in the Chicago area listen on the radio to Ed Farmer & Steve Stone? (670AM if you're out of town.) Steve Stone is knowledgeable, but always sounds like he's trying to top any insights Ed may have. (I liked Chris Singleton, but ESPN just had to have him for some odd reason.)

What has happened to Dontrelle? His carrer reminds me of Nomo. Really unique delivery, a couple really good years, and a lot of bad.

Ok, this just screams weird to me:
The Orioles are up front in the AL East, and the ROYALS?!??!! The Kansas City Royals are on top in the AL Central?!?!?!
And the Cubbies are second in the NL Central, (.5 behind the Cards in the Win column). I know we're barely 2 weeks into the season....but.....come on. This does not make sense.

Okay guys. Tonight I have Vlad Guerrero getting a hit tonight against Felix Hernandez in Beat the Streak. Should I change him for someone else or should I stick with my pick?

I have no bias there what so ever. Honestly though, Vlad seems like a good pick, but I don't follow much AL or west coast ball so I don't know how the match up is or how hot Vlad is right now.

Wait...shouldn't you bury it in the Yankees lockerroom to curse them, not the visitors? That doesn't make a lot of sense to me. It seems like you want the Yanks to play poorly, not the other way around.

Okay guys. Tonight I have Vlad Guerrero getting a hit tonight against Felix Hernandez in Beat the Streak. Should I change him for someone else or should I stick with my pick? Felix tends to leave fastballs over the plate at times, and as evidenced by his series against Cleveland, Vlad can destroy those pitches. Keep him there. Speaking of Beat the Streak, I had Brian McCann yesterday and figured I would lose my 6-game streak bcause of the rainout. But I checked this morning and found out that rainouts don't affect the game. So yay. All I have to do is rely on Mark Ellis tonight. He kills the Indians.

Damn, Sabathia... WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?!?
Seriously!
I mean... 7 runs by the THIRD?!?
Cleveland should just trade them while they have the high trade value...
