I'm sure it will be good, but it's not really a priority for me. I'm picking up Brawl and GTA 4 after my exams are finished this week, plus I've got a pretty big backlog of games to get through over the summer that will keep me occupied. Right now I just don't have time for it.

My friend brought it over and I do not care for the Wii-mote controls, which I personally feel dilute the game and actually takes away from it. Albeit I only did a handful of races, but this whole Wii-mote thing is starting to ruin games for me instead of adding to them.

I'm pretty sure you can play it with the classic controller or Gamecube controller too though. I understand your complaints about the motion controls as I wasn't really a huge fan of Excite Truck, but at least they're offering a traditional control scheme. Whenever I do get the game, that's most likely how I'll play.

Yeah, I get that, but almost every Wii game I've bought, I've said to myself, "Wow, this would be better with the Gamecube/Classic Controller" than the Wii-mote, which is the major selling point of the console. If not for the controls, then why didn't they just keep putting these games out on the Cube, as its the controller I'm still using more often than not. I guess I'm just disappointed and expected more out of the Wii than what they're currently giving us. I'm glad Nintendo's enjoying the level of success they are, but I almost wish they weren't so we could get games that didn't try to appeal to a huge, mass audience.

Yeah I got it and it is rad. The wheel is great for casual players, the classic is fantastic for the old school(it is a better controller than the cube's).
Toys r us had 30 Wiis as well, first I had seen them since last summer.

I'm glad Nintendo's enjoying the level of success they are, but I almost wish they weren't so we could get games that didn't try to appeal to a huge, mass audience. I'm actually getting tired of Nintendo right now. Even if they are releasing hardcore gamer games onto the Wii, the most hardcore I've seen were Twilight Princess and Metroid Prime 3. Everything else has been dumbed down to appeal to the mass audience, including Super Mario Galaxy and Brawl! The truth is, I believe the Wii's shortcomings are finally catching up to it. Is motion control an interesting idea? Yes, but currently there is only so much you can do with it, we don't have the ability to do 100% motion controlled yet, and that is what Nintendo was hyping the Wii to be able to do. Nintendo should've took Sony's route, and made the motion control a backup optional control choice. Because quite frankly, to get the full experience on the Wii, I've needed to buy the following controllers: - 3 Wii-Motes($40 each) - 3 Nunchuks($20 each) - 4 Classic Controllers($20 each) - 4 GameCube Controllers($25 each) All told that is $360 on controllers alone! For that much money, I could easily by 3 PS3 controllers($50 each) and some PS3 games. The Wii is too damn expensive in the long run......... Truth be told, when you look at it closely, all 3 systems costs about the same if you want a full experience.

What's with the damn baby characters?
Are they THAT desperate for new characters seriously?
What next, Baby Dry Bones and Old Man Mario?
They have PLENTY of Mario characters to choose from, yet they give us similar versions of characters we already have. Ridiculous.

Because I made a pretty good Captain Falcon.

The Mii's are in the audience, but to play them you have to unlock it. I'm seriously ticked they've eliminated bomb battles.

Ooh, cool.
Mitch Hedberg's gonna clean house, people!
I also made Morgan Freeman, Carlito, and the whole Mythbuster's crew, and many more.
