Once upon a time we had a gentleman here who thought Aquaman was not only cool, but was the bees-knees. He was given this as punishment. Aquaduck!

Namor's alright. it's just that Black Adam is better at being Namor than Namor is (seriously, not enough people make note of how similar they are). it comes up when every "cast a comic movie" discussion comes up, because every one wants Dwayne Johnson to play them both And I guess he is playing Adam now. he used a ninja whale once!

I always have thought Billy Zane would make a good Namor.

I always have thought Billy Zane would make a good Namor. I'll agree. Poor Billy Zane, whatever happened to him? Also, I like Aquaman. I just got his action figure yesterday at my work. Uh, an old one, from 1984.

The Super Powers series was awesome. They regularly battled my Secret Wars figures.

Indeedly-doodly. ;D In a complete sign of immaturity, I had Aquaman bone my X-23 action figure (given to me as a gag birthday gift, as my buddies know I hate X-23).

Aquaman is already cool. Read something like issues 13 and 14 of his last series to see how to have him written well.

As a kid, I did a storyline ( yup I didn't just play with em, I had stuff way more elaborate than necessary) where I placed Dr. Doom inside a 'chamber' ( which I think was just a Barrel o'Monkeys barrel or something) and left him there for a week, literally I decided a week was the time he needed to be in that barrel, and seven days I didn't touch him, and then I had Captain America and them find him and the barrel exploded and he became Darkseid and wrecked the heroes. I had my own special continuity.
Then there was also the time in the mid eighties I got the black suited Spidey, I already had the red n blue classic one, so I decided black suited Spidey was a evil, bigger stronger version.
Looking back, I shoulda written that one down.

"Yeah, that's it, a big, strong, EVIL Spider-Man, in all black! That's a great idea! I need to give him a name, though...wait, I got it! I'll call him...POISON!" ;D

Here's how you make him cool. Turn him into a woman and give him giant knockers.

Great minds I guess. Edit: yeah Black Widow was taken too, but I was like eight, MAYBE ten.

Namor's alright. it's just that Black Adam is better at being Namor than Namor is (seriously, not enough people make note of how similar they are). Oh, no doubt about it; it's all true. People forget that Aquaman has super-strength due to living in deep ocean depths. The problem with Aquaman is that even though the earth is 70% water, over 90% of all relevant human activity takes place somewhere on the 30% land it has.
