I marked out while playing GTA IV this evening. I got to the "Logging On" mission that lets you access the Internet cafe. After completing this very easy mission, I decided to log back on and play around a bit. I noticed this instrumental playing in the background, and for some reason it sounded familiar to me. Then it hit me: Not only had I heard it before, I have it! It was Jean Michele Jarre's "Oxygene Part IV" which is on the first Pure Moods CD. My radio station of choice in GTA 4 is Journey, which plays that and other similar songs.

Ok, I need some quick help. I don't know if this is something that I might have done or if my game is just wack. I cannot target anyone with guns anymore. I can free-aim but not lock on. I've tried another controller and it was the same thing. The only way I can target someone is with the fist or knife. I was starting to think that it had to do with the guns I had, but I cannot use the target aim even with a pistol.

I always enjoy driving around in the fire truck and spraying cars and people with water... granted this has been available since GTAIII, but the water detail makes it even better.
I love the fact you can read your escapades on the Internet, with 3 different politically affiliated news sources. Internet as a whole is a great feature.
Bowling is definitely my favorite minigame, as I'm unfamiliar with the rules of darts.
My favorite radio stations:
1. Liberty Rock Radio 2. Integrity (Lazlow: Jack****istan) 3. WKTT

Wow the Tugboats are driveable. Probably the largest drivable object in the game. But they are really f***ing slow.
You won't see anyone racing them down a river online.

I never noticed until today, but the laptop computer in the Algonquin penthouse (after you leave the safehouse in Bohan) can be used to surf the Internet. No need to go to Tw@t.

Random Tips - Helicopter Locations:
Well of course you usually find a few at the Heli Tours in Fishmarket South.
One can be found at a Helipad above the Booth Tunnel entrance on the Alderney side.
One can be found in someone's backyard in Westdyke. Go up Big Horn Drive and you can't miss it.
A machine gun mounted Helicopter can be found at the Airport. You see it from the NorthWest entrance near the FlyUS Airways building on the farthest helipad. (I think it's only available once you complete the main story though. Oh and you will need to be quick getting it cause you get a instant 4 police stars when you enter the airport runway area).
Another machine gun mounted copter can be found on the roof of the police station in East Holland. It's easy to get too, the building next door (north) can be entered and has a stairway leading to the roof. And just jump down to the helicopter (You will lose a little bit of health, also there is policemen up their but they won't try and arrest you). Once in the helicopter you will get a 1 star police rating which can be easily lost.
EDIT: Oh and Brucie has one but that can only be accessed during a friend mini game.

I went out to eat with Jacob, and while crossing the street a car hit me, so the driver got out, and Jacob started to fight with him, then I shot the driver with my shotgun....
....bad thing is it went to Jacob too, and my friend got injured !

I love how your friends have no problem throwing random passengers out of cars when you carjack somebody, while going out with them.

^ If you have the game, just look in the back of the manual. If not, I guess you could check Rockstar's website under GTA IV.

Boy, the computer doesnt not hesitate to bust you on drunk driving. I find it humorous all the negative activities you can do in front of the cops, yet the overall lesson is dont drink and drive.

Funny that Coloney Island has a Light House on it despite the HUGE metropolis that lights up like a Christmas Tree at night not that far away from it.
I guess it must be a old Light House.

Not sure about rankings but I`m pretty sure that the levelling up is just a few more items of clothing being unlocked for your online character. You get X amount of money and 3 more pair of jeans/hats.jackets are then available.
