UTEP will show the nation just how good they are. By the way, Quake, are you a U of H fan, being in Houston and all?

Duke football is overdue for what? To score? Sorry, Carolina fan having to take a shot at the Blue Devils, since I will just have to keep my mouth shut during basketball season. *cries*
BTW, the Fla./Tenn. game could end up being a classic.

FL/Tenn. could be a classic if UT wakes up. I just think FL is playing better already. TN should have won more easily over UAB.

Vanderbilt won again today-3-0. I know, who cares? They'll be 5-0 when they play LSU. IF the rankings wouldn't change they would play #3,5,6,and 7 in the country this season.

Washington State Cougar fan here, big win today over Grambling(ok not exactly Texas but a win's a win right). Good call on the UCLA-Oklahoma , game although i think Oklahoma was overated at the beginning of the year, also nice to see UTEP do well as there coached by former WSu coach Mike Price, who i think got a raw deal with Alabama

I go to Arizona and I am so glad that LSU beat our rivals ASU last week. I also am glad we don't have to play LSU this year although I believe we will do better than the last time we played them. I guess anything's better than when we lose 69-14 at home on national tv two years ago to lsu. Hopefully we can pull 5 wins out of the pac. I doubt it though

pac ten is gonna be tough this year, besides the obvious Usc, there's California,Asu, Oregon has looked good and UCLA just beat oklahoma, so look like arizona, wsu, ore st, stanford and wash are gonna fight it out for that last bowl since i believe pac 10 has 6 bowl tie ins

All right- I went 8-2, not bad. I stuck mostly to games that interested me. I'll try expand this week, and take some risks. Teams possibly breaking into top 25 this week- Wisconsin, UCLA, Alabama, Vanderbilt( not a typo),Oregon, and Michigan State. 'Quake

I disagree with your Minnesota pick. The Gophers always storm into Big Ten conference play undefeated because they play a lot of cupcakes. Purdue is a very underrated team. They're flying under the radar this year because they lost Kyle Orton. The sports pages don't mention they have almost their entire defense returning. But, consider they don't have Michigan or Ohio State this year, Purdue could very well be your Big 10 champion. But they're not good enough to make the Rose Bowl.
