It's 6:42 B.C. time, and yet, sitting here, I can hardly type. I came home from school today, and it wasn't the greatest day. I went on the Internet, expecting a chuckle out of a forum. When I finally got on, however, I felt as if I've been hit by a ton of bricks. John Tenta, a pro wrestler that I had the pleasure of talking to, has passed away. John Tenta was a very nice man. I only talked to him once, but that was one great time. The reason I am writing this tribute, however, is because of his compassion to others. He was always nice, a big old oaf. He was almost the forum's crazy uncle, but he could be serious too. As my eyes well up, I have to thank that man, not just what he did to me (Or others, in fact), but what he did to humanity in general. John, you are forever in my heart.

My only regret is I never really talked to the guy a lot, and I'm really regretting a missed oppurtunity to get to know a great man.

How long was John given when first diagnosed? I remember the update on the site when it was first revealed he had cancer. Wasn't he first given like a year? How long did he make it?
I'm sure John fought as hard as he could. I'm relieved his suffering is over, and I'm sure he's yukking it up right now with all his former colleagues up in heaven.

I want to believe you're in a better place and that you're feeling no more pain. You are sadly missed. I hope you know how much you are loved and respected by the WC family.

Don't cry because it is over, smile because it happened.
