1. I'm still here feeling strong with high hopes. 2. LSU ALMOST won two championships in basketball. All right, it wasn't even close, but they made it pretty far. 3. Daughter's prom plans include photos, dinner, prom, a night of videos at her friends, and MASS in the afternoon. That made me proud. VERY proud. No wild parties, alcohol, or hotels. I may even get some sleep that night! 4. My wife is so patient, kind, and caring to me during my illness. No more fever. 5. My son won his first shot-put competition. Nearest competitor putted the shot 30 feet. My son did 35 feet, 5 and a half inches. WOOHOO! Life does not totally suck for me either! It still hasn't really sunk in that the guy is gone. He was such a huge part of this place, and it'll never be the same without him.

I think I was expecting it based on the request for prayers, so it wasn't much of a shock. But the gravity of the situation didn't strike me until RD posted his tribute.

I hope the board always stays in some way, I think it's a great tribute to Quake. He was a great part of Wrestlecrap both as a superstar and as a member. Why not keep it a place where we can share memories, talk about how he inspired us?
