Hornswoggle clearly won. He never went over the top rope.

You know, if anything, this helps Finlay out even more. I mean, how much of a badass do you have to be to get disqualified from a match where there IS no disqualifications?

Amazing surprise. Amazing ending. This was a great PPV. I'm glad I bought it. I'm also glad I stopped paying attention to the board an hour into it. Makes things better when you just sit back and enjoy things instead of defending them to people who hate...alot. Did you notice I stopped posting after a dozen or so people who weren't posting suddenly showed up to the thread to complain after Randy won? I was loooong gone by then. Although, I don't blame you.

I was a 31st entrant lol, no not really, but thats what one of my signs said!

The only way I would have booked the rumble better was to have the final 4 be Taker/HBK/Cena/HHH so we would have had #'s 1,2,29,30 as the final 4

Talked to my good buddy Chris Decker/Space Mountain on the phone last night. He was there live, and he had a few comments(the call got cut short, because he lost service, but we talked for like 7 or so minutes, and texted before that.)
-The crowd was HOT HOT HOT. -The crowd was super into Edge, and against Rey. -The crowd was super into the Jericho/JBL match -During the Rumble, Khali got a "you can't wrestle" chant -The crowd went nuts for Snuka, and downright insane for Piper -Cena got a huge reaction initially, but got the typical reaction once the shock wore off. -Big Pops of the night: Hardy, Flair, and Edge. I can't remember who he said for heat. -After the event, on the way out, and Islander's fan and a Ranger's fan got into a fight.
Hopefully he'll be able to provide more info, as I'm sure he has enough small stories about it to fill a book.

Almost got into a couple myself regarding the chairs.

-After the event, on the way out, and Islander's fan and a Ranger's fan got into a fight. My sources tell me that people tried to intervene, saw the hockey shirts, and wonder about that whole "If a tree falls in the forest" proverb.

The Rumble is still my favorite wrestling event of all time. But I haven't bothered ordering it since 2004. The price got too high and the product got too low.
I ignored the results from last night and somebody over at youtube has already put up the Rumble. Gotta say the only things that suprised me were.
1: Piper and Snuka. Piper looked like Murdochs dad.
2: Cena making his return and winning at #30???
I never would of imagined they would have an entrant win at 30 only 1 year after Taker did it.
19 freaking years strait, and nobody could do it. Taker and Cena do it back to back.
And what's this crap about Finlay being DQ'd for using a weapon in the Rumble?
That right there friends is proof that the officials do infact change the rules to the rumble over the years.
Which makes Heenans cover for Randy Savage in 92 much more believeable now. In 92 when Savage jumped over the top rope the officials let him go back in. They changed the rules that one time.
Of course we all know Savage accidently went over the top to get Jake when he wasn't supposed to........or did he?? ;D
Overall the rumble felt like a combination of recent rumbles. Did anyone else see most of the eliminations being set up?
HHH tossing out Viscera was predictable, and I knew Holly was going out when he got his token offense on the fresh Umaga

It was blatant that Kane was going out immediately when he was in the Final Four.
