Anyone know how they measure ratings? Does the TV actually have to be plugged in to the Nielsen box in order for it to register, or do they have a way of determining when people are tuning in? If there is a way besides the Nielsen box, I would encourage everyone to turn the channel whenever Vince and Hornswoggle are on TV, this way he may eventually get the message that we're sick to death of seeing him.
