How will they explain this? "Terrorists burned Bobby Lashley in an explosion, but he was so smart, he developed new skin like Darkman!"

You wouldn't even know he had left. Now there's a dead ringer if I ever saw one.

yeah i heard they were bringing back someone that looked close, what a horrible move i think. unless he can wrestler he will just be another copy of lesnar and a carbon copy of bobby. i dont know why they go after the bigger guys instead of getting people that already trained. unless they will keep him down in FL or wherever their new training place is located for a couple years. he will be a waste of time. The guys who was getting talked about as having Lashley type size isn't Tyrone Evans, it was a guy named Janus from the Carolina's (and I don't even think he really looks like Lashley, he's a lot more slender than Lashley). And both guys are just being brought in for developmental deals, so I don't see what the big deal is. I also don't understand what you mean by calling Evans someone who isn't already trained, he's a trained wrestler with experience on the Indy circuit, he's not some bodybuilder that they signed.

Ok, I wouldn't worry too much about that. I just think that it's a term the newz sites are throwing out there to describe any big powerful African American guy that they sign now. The good thing at least is that with both of the guys they've signed is that they at least are trained wrestlers, unlike Lashley who was a physique guy they signed and who received his initial training in OVW. Who knows how either of the two recent signings will turn out, or if they'll even make it out of developmental, but at least they have some experience. I do definitely agree with you on how they should sign guys that are already trained. I don't mind them signing guys that they think have a great look, but let them get their training somewhere else first. I don't like having guys under contract getting paid to just learn the basics, when that spot in developmental could be going to someone else with less of a steep learning curve.
