Say what you want about smarkz and wanting everyone to be heel, but I know there are at least 4 guys on that list who I either loved much more as heels or who I always found to be better performers as heels. And honestly, what I like is all I have to care about.
Give me a Cena turn.

Other: none.
They 'shouldn't' turn any of these guys because they're just fine as faces for the time being. I'm sure there's people out there who at least use logic when coming up with threads, because i'm sure i've seen this same thread thousands of times.
If I go back to the forums and find a 'Retire the IC Title' thread, I think i'm bound to explode.

I think Batista could profit from a heel turn.

Cena doesn't need a heel turn whatsoever. He's the top draw in the company, one of its best workers, and gets the most passionate crowd interaction on almost every card he appears on.
Jericho on the other hand has settled into becoming an easily replaceable mid-carder, and I highly doubt that the masses would blink if he just disappeared from the active roster. Perhaps he's happy where he's at, but if he wants to reach HBK levels, he's gotta do something drastic because right now he's just on the figurative treadmill without any direction whatsoever.

Batista. He may be the worse face ever.

Jericho should turn heel asap, as his face reactions have been underwhelming to say the least. Batista would do well with a heel turn, but he's doing well (still!) as a face. Michaels, of course, would be gold with a heel turn, but I don't see that happening anytime soon.
Cena would be the most successful. I was pulling for him to turn at Wrestlemania 22 against HHH, I thought it would have been fantastic. When he didn't, I figured he wouldn't for a loooong time. And as time went by, and the more he acknowledges his boos, the potential for an awesome heel turn grew... but this heel turn needs to be at the perfect time... I'd say wait a year or even less, and he's a ripe candidate for best heel turn of our generation.

Batista is already a heel. It's just that he is a dick to other heels. If he acted like that to any face he would get plenty of heel heat.

Cena, he needs a refresh. If he turned heel moments later, I would entirely approve of him winning a fourth title at Rasslemania.

Jericho's probably the answer, but I'd love to see Shawn heel it up again.

It could be just wishful thinking on my part, but Jericho has had heelish undertones in the last two matches I've seen him in. Maybe to cement the turn they have him cost Ric Flair his match at Wrestlemania; he could then claim to be the person that actually retired Flair. Do the interference in such a way that HBK isn't aware of it at the time and you could then start a program between Jericho and HBK using the premise that Flair deserved better than to be cheated out of his career.

Batista.
Jericho just came back, they don't need to turn him so quickly.

A Jeff Hardy heel turn would lead to total destruction. His overness with the young fans nearly rivals John Cena, plus he's mediocre to poor on the mic, not a good mix for an over face turning heel.
Jericho, while interesting, would lead to a 2005-Redux. He was probably supposed to redebut as a heel before Cena got hurt.
HBK, unless RAW was to go on a tour through Canada, is too much of a vet to have a really serious heel run. Same thing with Flair, add to him retiring.
Mysterio, due to just about everything, is unable to turn.
With John Cena, his turn would have to be absolutely perfectly executed to have it done. When it comes to his turn, I want to see a Bash at The Beach '96-esque turn, complete with garbage being thrown in the ring and kids crying. Unfortunately, I don't think WWE Creative can make that happen for a while.
So, by the process of elimination that leaves Batista. He's a pretty lame face and his run as headliner on SmackDown is just about over. Time for a change.

HBK would be the easiest to turn, especially considering he likely will be booed during his match with Flair. If he does retire Flair he will get booed even harder. He could roll with the boos and commit a turn with little effort in a similar way to The Rock's heel turn after he faced Hogan.

I was thinking Cena but my heart said HBK since I could still find him wildly entertaining. I like Batista more as a calm simmering face when he was Raw years ago before going to SD!

Im gonna go with Cena, i miss those days and he is in some desperate need of change If by "desperate need" you mean "not at all in need" then I agree with you. Cena is the most over guy in wrestling, why mess with that? because that's the perfect time to switch heel. Wait until the guy is white hot then have him switch to take the wind out of everybody's sails.
