Pretty much like the title says, who is the biggest star you can think of that has never had a "Wrestlemania Moment"? As time goes on, Wrestlemania seems to carry more and more weight in respect to careers of professional wrestlers, hell, the whole Mick Foley vs. Edge feud revolved around the fact that Foley had never had a stand-out moment in all his years of the business.
And Sting or anybody who never competed at a Wrestlemania probably doesn't count.

Jerry Lawler. Announcer for a lot of them, but never really got an in-ring moment.

Mick Foley. Look at his WrestleMania resume:
13 - Uneventful tag team match with Vader against Owen Hart and British Bulldog. XIV - Wins tag team dumpster match as Cactus Jack with Terry Funk against New Age Outlaws. XV - Defeats Big Show via disqualification, has minor role in Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. The Rock match. 2000 - Eliminated second in Fatal Four Way main event. X-Seven - Guest referree for the McMahons match. XX - Teams with The Rock in a loss to Evolution. 22 - Loses to Edge in hardcore match, arguably his biggest WrestleMania moment was being speared through a flaming table.
Jericho hasn't had a defining WrestleMania moment, but he did walk into WrestleMania x8 as the Undisputed Champion and a year later he was involved in the best match of WrestleMania XIX, so he's played a key role in the event.

Is it wrong that it almost feels like John Cena's moment was getting boo'd like crazy at Wrestlemania 22?

triple H...unless you think winning a belt in the main event is a WM moment...to me it's more than that.

I'm thinking Curt Hennig or Lex Luger.

For Triple H, I'd say his WrestleMania Moment was when he beat Jericho for the Undisputed title. I mean, the angle he had going into it, the long recovery process, his big return from the injury, winning the Rumble, and then winning the Undisputed championship at WrestleMania. THAT would be his Moment.

I'm a big fan of his but has Undertaker really ever had a moment? I mean he as the winning streak and won the title 3 times but are any of those his moment?

Big Show?
1999: lost to Mankind in a match to determine the REFEREE for the main event. 2000: got eliminated after 5 minutes or so of a 40 minute match in the main event. 2001: got beaten in a Hardcore 3 way for the title. 2003: jobbed in a handicap match to Taker. 2004: lost the US title to Cena 2005: lost to Akebono in a terrible but short sumo squash match 2006: teamed with Kane to beat Carlito and Masters (WOW!) 2008: jobbed to a non-wrestler AGAIN in the form of Floyd Money Mayweather.

As sad as it sounds, his moment comes from tombstoning Pete Rose a few times.

Jericho had his moment with Shawn Micheals... the hug after the awesome match.. then the kick to the nuts with HBK colapsing into his arms... that's classic.

I'd say Big Show had tons of "WrestleMania Moments" this year. You don't need to win, a lot of stuff stood out in that match. I think it'll be a classic.
EDIT: I second the Jericho hug too. That was divine. WHAT A HEEL.

How about Bruno Sammartino? Despite his glory days as champion, his WM resume, though short, wasn't too notable.
WM 1: Accompanied David Sammartino to the ring, and ended up getting in a brawl with Brutus Beefcake and Johnny Valiant
WM 2: Finished 7th in the battle royal, where he was greatly overshadowed by Andre and the NFL players
