...so Kane and Punk likely to get the win at Judgement Day meaning another thrown together tag team belt win for Kane?!
Likely?

It just makes no sense so Kane pulls double duty and Punk has MITB and the tag straps?

Kane and Punk as tag champs would be stupid, but it looks like it'll happen judging by this week's ECW. Only possible thing I could see come of that would be for Punk to cash in his MITB on Kane in the middle of their tag run, but that would be totally assinine for him to waste MITB on the ECW Title.

I think Punk and Kane win so we have tag champs who don't trust each other and maybe Punk can promise as long as he and Kane are the champs, he won't cash in MiTB on Kane.

I don't think it's certain that Kane and Punk are winning at all. Infact I can see an interference win for M+M that starts an ECW title feud, or perhaps they are putting both Miz and Morrison over quite well lately because they are going to slowly fall apart as they argue over who challenges Kane.
I loved Miz's win, it really did legitimise him and help him jump further away from all the JBL burial about a year ago. Morrison continued to be awesome. They are getting too hot to take the titles off right now IMO.

I can't believe Punk jobbed clean AGAIN last night. I mean I like clean finishes and that Miz/Morrison got some love before they lose the gold. But Punk is not being presented as a legit contender when midcarders beat him clean. He has no momentum, WWE is just relying on how over he is. I thought a big reason they did "lights out" vs Orton was to not have to job Punk out again, not just to push Regal's angle. I guess I was wrong.
Miz/Morrison is a dang good team. I can take thrown-together teams if they have chemistry and are kept together like Miz/Morrison. IMO they are missing-out on the potential these guys have to elevate the tagbelts. Kane/Punk will likely be your typical thrown-together team, short on chemistry and short on shelf-life.
I hope if Miz/Morrison gets split-up then Morrison gets the push he deserves anyway. That guy is money.

I would like to see Punk and Kane win the titles, and after losing them Punk turns on Kane, then Kane v Heavyweight Champion in a champ v champ match at a PPV and Punk comes to the ring, everyone thinks he is there to cash it in on Kane and he turns on the Heavyweight champion (Taker maybe) and wins the Gold
That would need to be a few months down the line though and help him build a real chemestry with Kane though

Oh god. Now we have to get another Kane/Someone else tag title win so we can make a wacky tag name ala Hurrikane. Krunk anybody?

maybe this is a set up to the miz/morrison split......u know morrison causes them to lose the belts resulting in miz beating morrison up .......morrison becomes the face......
meanwhile kane and punk are champs for a brief moment until bam and chavo beat them

Guess 13th petty squabble is the one that's the final straw, huh?

RVD, Xpac, Hurricain - Punk? Also Big Show, although there was a reason for that one.

It's not standard operating proceedure though. I'm sure it happens sometimes, quite a lot even. It isn't 100% guarenteed fact though, and certainly not enough for people to ALREADY be moaning that Kane has another thrown together tag title win.

Everyones acting like Punks recent losses forever doom him to life in the midcard.
WWE gave him the MITB briefcase, they like him, they've consistently pushed him since his debut, and hes over as hell. His recent couple of losses mean nothing, especially among WWE's fickle audience. How many damn times has Kane jobbed to EVERYONE, and he's still ECW champion and one of the most over people on any roster. 2 months from now, Punk could go on another winning streak, and NO ONE is gonna remember or care that he lost to Miz. As long as they build him back up he'll be fine.
