I daresay he was only there for one appearance. Then they never did anything with him & with Killings gone, the team of Truth & Consequences just couldn't happen.

Killings leaving probably hurt him, since they seemed to be setting up that "Truth or Consequences" team.
They may just be holding off on bringing him back until there's another opening they can create. I certainly haven't heard about him being released.

they broke up. Scott Stapp went solo and the rest went and formed Alter Bridge.

Or Creed as a singles X guy.

Without Killings, he's kinda screwed at the moment. He's definitely good enough to be on his own though, so maybe once the whole Team 3D/X Division storyline ends, we'll see em.

I believe I heard something about him finishing up in Japan(?) or something before coming to TNA, and then theres the whole "tag team partner quit/got fired" thing.

To TNA, you'd think that whatever potential Creed had would transcend the fact that Killings is no longer with the company.
That guy had a look and charisma that a lot of us loved, having only ever seen him work that one match. He should absolutely be capable of working as a singles, especially as a lower card act, bumping and jobbing for people. Plus, he was over with the live crowd at BFG, with absolutely no hype, and nobody knowing him from Adam. He's money.
If TNA threw away all plans to use him if they can't use him with Killings, they're morons.

Agreed, I just rewatched Bound for Glory 2007 last night and Creed did a fantastic job for an unknown grappler shoved into a main event spot with zero hype.
