Jim Ross says that John Cena will fly over especially for the RAW taping, then leave as soon as the show's over.

I'm guessing they wanted to make up for the lack of Cena, Kennedy, Hardy, HBK and JBL with Punk, Kane and Chavo.

Notes from the Belfast show, by me.
Show started 20 minutes late, ie. at 7:50pm. Thus the show ended about 10:50 instead of the usual 10:30. No big deal really.
Opening match was Paul Burchill vs. Brian Kendrick. Burchill slagged off the crowd about how the Irish are below the English - the sort of stuff you'd expect really. Still, I did make sure me and my mates chanted for him during this whole time. Kendrick got a decent pop, and got the win with Sliced Bread #2 if I remember correctly.
2nd match was the divas tag match Beth and Katie vs. Mickie and Maria. The guest referee for this was Val Venis. Pre-match he took the time to check out Lilian. Noteworthy happenings in the match were Val begging Maria for a bronco buster after she'd hit it on Katie me thinks. Beth however stopped this from happening to Val's chagrin. Beth and Maria got knocked out of the ring, and Mickie won the match with the DDT she uses (the one where she loudly screams beforehand). Post-match Val got the bronco buster he desired.
3rd match was Carlito vs. CM Punk. The first huge pop of the night. And not just saying that because I mark for CM Punk, but the man got one of the biggest reactions of anybody on the show. Was match of the night in my humble opinion. The finish saw Carlito get his apple, bite into it, and then get hit with the GTS, which created a brilliant visual when all the apple came flying out of his mouth in mid-move.
4th match was DH Smith vs. Snitsky. The worst match of the night. At the start a Brush Your Teeth chant started on Snitsky, but the crowd then died basically. We had to resort to a Mike Chioda chant which caught on with a few people but nothing major. Snitsky won... but I honestly can't remember how. I'd guess it was a pumphandle slam.
5th match was Santino Marella vs. William Regal. Santino on the mic, not as good as per usual but not bad. He talked about how brave Italians are etc, and said something along the lines of our flag is identical to the Italian flag and that's the only similarity. (This obviously provided a cringeworthy moment as he obviously confused our flag with the one used by the Republic of Ireland). He also posed for the crowd to show off his physique before being interrupted. Regal came out and said that Italians aren't brave, white flags and such. He said the Italians always get the best tanned armpits because their arms are always thrown up in surrender, and said the Italians are the only army in the world to have 5 reverse gears on their tanks. Quality comments. The match itself was nothing too special, and Regal basically squashed him and won with a running knee to the face.
Match #6 was for the Tag titles, Cadoch vs. Holly and Rhodes. Took seemingly ages to get started, and when it did, the match wasn't spectacular either. The match however did present us with the opportunity to start a Brokeback Mountain chant at the Red Neck Wrecking Crew. It semi-caught on (I think?). Cade hit a big move on Holly, and let Murdoch try to get the win, but Holly cradled him and got the win. Post-match Cadoch had another argument leaving Trevor standing in the ring as Cade walked away.
Intermission. Damned business of the concession stands and toilets. I missed the start of the next match (well, the majority of it if truth be told).
Match #7 was Jericho vs. Umaga. I'd been hoping it'd be Kane/Chavo but it wasn't.. clearly. The queues had fallen to very small ones at this point and I was at the back so I went to watch them enter the ring atleast. Got food. Apparently Y2J got a huge pop, and the crowd wouldn't stop chanting for him thus the match was delayed by a while. Jericho broke out his signature moves and eventually won it with the Codebreaker. I'm told it was probably the best match of the night.
Match #8 was Chavo vs. Kane. Chavo accused Kane of being afraid of him because he still snuck up on him at WM even though Chavo had to prepare for 24 different superstars. Immediately, Chavo ran into a choke, and got lifted for the chokeslam but he rolled out of it and outside the ring. Match lasted a good while. Finish saw Chavo hit the frog splash, but Kane then grabbed him by the throat, got up and chokeslammed him for the win.
Match #9 was HHH vs. Orton. Huge reaction for both guys. HHH's entrance sent the crowd into a frenzy. Match started with Ole Ole Ole Ole chants randomly, but it caught on big. Match thus didn't really START for a few minutes. When it did start we bust out the Mike Chioda chants again, which did a bit better this time, surprisingly considering the match it was. In the end Regal ran to the ring to distract Chioda. In the ring, HHH then hit a low blow on Orton. I believe shortly after this, Orton brought in the belt and swung at HHH but he ducked, and hit the pedigree. He covered. 1 2 the pin was broken up by Regal causing a DQ. Post-match Regal and Orton attacked HHH, but he fought them off with pedigrees. He posed for a bit and left. Orton then went around posing at the corners holding his belt up, and slowly left.
Security were assholes. Were getting on everyone's back about standing up during the entrances, and also stopping people from going down to the barrier at the end of the show. They usually aren't that strict.

I can understand some of his points about Kennedy, Cena and HBK. JBL and Jeff were also missing obviously. It was clear Jeff wouldn't be there, he's not been on TV in months anyway, so even casual viewers had an idea. HBK doesn't do house shows. Fair dues. Cena and Kennedy for a casual fan I can see problems, though obviously I knew they wouldn't be there. JBL was the big surprise for me, I assumed he'd be there and can't really see a reason why he didn't atleast make an appearance. The thing I would say though, is that tickets went on sale in December. John Cena was injured at that point and not expected back until Summerslam time. So people definitely bought the tickets under the impression he wouldn't be there anyway. Jeff was unavoidable, and few people really expected HBK to be there. The other two are the problem - Kennedy and JBL. As for the Smith/Snitsky comment, don't American audiences also get matches of that calibre AT TV TAPINGS, as well as house shows? So I don't really understand his point on that one.
