ECW = the red-headed stepchild of WWE I don't get the Layla move though. So thatmakes Raw: 1 face, 4 heels (Melina and Candice injured, Ashley probably won't be coming back) Smackdown: 3 faces, 3 heels (very nice and balanced) ECW: 1 face Its women, who cares? Shouldn't the amount of times you've had to say that tell you something? LOTS OF PEOPLE HERE CARE! Jeez.

With all this new talent on Smackdown, Hardy, Kennedy, Shelton, Carlito, and others why do I still see Triple H holding all of them.

My analysis
Mark Henry - drafted to ECW: Good move. Henry is a monster but he's not really worthy of the main Raw or Smackdown title. He should get the ECW title as a thank you for all his years of service. Could be a good "monster" wrestler if booked right.
Jamie Noble - drafted to Raw: Don't really see what he's going to do here. He's a former ROH champ but he's nowhere near to size to be a WWE champ. Don't see any titles for him.
Trevor Murdoch - drafted to Smackdown: Nice change of scenery should help him entertain more fans. Will probably need a gimmick change imo if he wants a singles title though.
Big Daddy V - drafted to Smackdown: A monster wrestler who's role is going to diminish. I think he jobs to HHH, puts over a youngster and then retires (He's 40 years old.)
Deuce - drafted to Raw: If he's paired with Ted Jr as Jimmy Snuka Jr, this is a great move. I can see another tag team title run in his future.
DH Smith - drafted to Smackdown: New change of scenery plus people high on him=good move. Will need to show his attitude has changed before he gets anywhere near the US title (assuming it stays in Smackdown.)
Hornswoggle - drafted to ECW: He's still paired with Finlay. No change in value imo.
Super Crazy - drafted to ECW: Returning to the brand name that made him famous. Weight issues will prevent him from going up the ladder though.
Chuck Palumbo - drafted to Raw: Really haven't seen much of Palumbo as a singles performer. Again though, a new brand will see him with other wrestlers.
Brian Kendrick - drafted to Smackdown: Puzzling. Along with London, he's one of the best tag wrestlers but he might be lost as a singles wrestler. Worst move of the day.
Matt Striker - drafted to Raw: Decent wrestler but an even better manager. Would love to see him as a mouthpiece for Burchill if he ever leaves Katie and gets higher in the midcard.
Maria - drafted to Smackdown: The downward slide continues for Kanelis. Maybe there really is a playboy curse. Perhaps pairing her up with Spanky could lead to some funny moments.
Shelton Benjamin - drafted to Smackdown: Quite possibly Shelton's last chance. I don't really see him doing anything there.
Finlay - drafted to ECW: Sleeper move. Thought never an ECW wrestler, Finlay is the kind of brawler that would've fit well in the old ECW style. I wouldn't be surprised to see a short ECW title run for him before retirement.
Carlito - drafted to Smackdown: See Shelton.
Layla - drafted to Raw: Shouldn't jump into the title hunt as there are better wrestlers but could serve as an eye candy valet for a boring wrestler.
Kofi Kingston - drafted to raw: Maybe the best move of the draft. Great mic skills and a good wrestler that lands in midcard heaven. Perhaps the IC champ 1-2 years down the road.

Hell yeah. Smackdown was insane amounts of good before they got raped in the last draft. So much quality wrestling is coming back to SD. I am beyond stoked.

"years of service"? I don't know about that. The guy's not completely terrible, but you're making it sound like he's an asset to the company and deserves some sort of reward. He's the definition of underachiever. The only time he was ever remotely over was when he impregnated a great-grandmother. The fact that he's still employed despite being inured 75% of the last 10 years is "reward' enough.

Henry's remained in the WWE during some tough times and never bailed out. Yeah he's had years of injury but he's healthy now and a man who can do the monster gimmick better then Big Daddy V. People really have to stop thinking that ECW is Extreme Championship Wrestling...It isn't.

That is the new ECW roster. ECW - all top stars and promising young guys + a midget, a jobbing high-flier, a good technical wrestler, and an old Irish dude = NOT GOOD I have got to say this. That picture of Tony Chimel at the bottom of the page is SMURFING HILARIOUS.

Just a thought...Kofi might have been moved up too fast. I mean he's pretty over on ECW and all that, but this jump to Raw...I just don't know
Oh hell who am I kidding I just think ECW got really gutted by the draft.

Whats your point? That's kind of irrelevant. My point was you seem to think nobody cares about women's wrestling when in actual fact people do. Perhaps not EVERYONE cares for it, but there are plenty of people.

i think this draft has actually done wonders for all three brands (stay with me here). smackdown now has the best roster in wrestling today, IMO, raw has a brilliant midcard, the one thing it's been lacking for ages, and while ECW has been thoroughly shafted, this may be a good thing. this way, they are going to make use of everyone on the show, meaning people like stevie richards and elijah burke will get decent pushes, and it also means that they're probably gonna get alot of new developmenal talent.
so to sum up, all is good in the WWE hood.

Is Marcus Cor Van ever coming back? Whatever happened to him? Last I heard, he had a death in his family which was why he took a leave of absence, but I haven't heard anything about him since.

Sadly, Cor Von is done with wrestling for the forseeable future, because he's taking care of his sister's children in the wake of her death.

Jamie Noble was moved to Raw to take HHH's spot. That's the truth.
