Clash Of Champions VI, they edited out three matches including the Varsity Club beating the Road Warriors for the tag titles. I don't know why.

Well, I can only hope that the Network footage is actually unedited and uncut, because the CoD edit on Honky Tonk Man's music on the 2001 Royal Rumble is absolutely dreadful.

Meltzer says they're be putting stuff up and taking stuff off on a weekly basis just like their On Demand site and we're still be getting around 1% of their library Specific things or everything? Because the WWE keeps making it seem like the PPVS and weekly shows will all be available all the time.

That's going to cost a fortune in publishing rights for the music. I highly, highly doubt this is the case.

That's going to cost a fortune in publishing rights for the music. I highly, highly doubt this is the case. I think what it means is that they will be the same episodes shown on 24/7 and home video with the edited music.

Davey O'Hannon vs. Angelo Gomez on the 1/80 MSG show. Halfway through the match Vince McMahon suddenly proclaims: "this match is really boring.

And so we come to the end. Today is the last day of WWE Classics on Demand.
I remember being so jealous of Blue Ridge Cable because they were the first company to sign up for WWE's then-new VOD service. Months went by and more companies came on board, but no Comcast. I don't know if it's still there but Comcast's website used to have a form you could send in to provide suggestions on channel additions/changes. Man, I must've sent them a form EVERY DAY asking for WWE 24/7. (Sometimes more than one form a day!) Looking back on it now it was pretty childish but I wanted the service SO BAD.
I can tell you exactly when I found out my months of pestering and badgering paid off. It was the day after college graduation and I was browsing PWInsider when I saw the headline: "More Info on WWE's Comcast Clearance for 24/7." I think my heart stopped for a split-second. The 24/7 website had a clock counting down to August 15, when the service officially joined the Premium Channels lineup.
Obviously I know why WWE is dropping Classics but not seeing "WWE Classics" in On Demand is gonna take some getting used to. Sure there's YouTube and DVDs but going over three weeks without a WWE-sanctioned outlet for classic wrestling is gonna suck.
I wonder how long the Classics Facebook page will stay up after tonight. Chances are, WWE forgot all about it.
WWE, I know you know about this board so if you happen to see this, thank you for almost eight years of nostalgic goodness.
P.S. I guess Comcast isn't gonna wait for midnight to show Classics the door. I was planning to have one more go-around only to discover that everything's been changed to "Free With Subscription." (Since I was a subscriber it usually just said "Free.") Oh well.

So is this gonna be the live streaming thread? Looking forward to always having a place to drop in and commentate on the action as I'm sure someone else will always be watching.

Joey Styles confirmed F4W's earlier report on Twitter tonight. The entire run of the syndicated ECW Hardcore TV show (April 1993 - December 2000) will be available on the Network the very first day.
