I think its been a pretty good year. I don't know why you cite 2002, though. The later half, particularly on RAW, was pretty bad. RAW was not bad, but SMACKDOWN started its Golden Age like right after KOTR and it lasted straight through I believe the early part of 2004. You had the 'Six' (Angle, Benoit, Guerreros, Mysterio, Edge), Lesnar, Undertaker, Show, and at least one **** match every week.

Even though 2008 hasn't been that bad, I still liked 2002 a lot better,IMO.

No. Simply because its not over yet and all the changes haven't happened until the draft. Then the product became watchable.

Not to jinx anything, but this year is still in progress, the writers can do something to screw it up and bring it to 1995 levels. So far however, WWE has been on a roll with me.

i will say since 2003. but yes 2003 had such a dream roster though, just all the talent was booked horribly thats what ruined that year for me.

it's too early to tell, let's revisit this when the year is up Yeah. I actually liked '04 and early '05 though. I'm glad Cena is not constantly in the title scene like 2006 and 2007, but I still have issues with how Batista is always somehow getting title matches. Still, I like the diversity of who has been on top of the company so far this year. We've had The Undertaker, Edge, Triple H, CM Punk, Kane and Randy Orton. I like all of those guys, and I love how the mid card guys like MVP, Shelton, Kofi and Regal were getting opportunities to hold gold, and be King of the Ring (in Regal's case). Now if only the WWE could get that tag-team division thing going well again, like back in the late 90s. I think it was also good seeing Flair's send-off, and even the women's division benefited greatly in my opinion with Beth, Natalya, Candace (pre-injury) and Mickie James being involved instead of ALWAYS having bimbo paddle matches etc. But, even with all of that said, I have to reserve judgment until later in the year before I can call it such a greater year than 2002: when my 2 favorite wrestlers (male and female) held their respective world titles simultaneously as heels.
