This is hilarious. Regal looked like Regal in a silly top, he in no way looked like a woman! Some of you people run so hot and cold I could argue some of you were bloody stereotypical women. One minute Regal is great, the next minute no one wants him back, the next minute he's great again, the next minute he's been on drugs and thus must be hated, the next minute he cant be hated on for being a returning GM so we'll bitch about his clothes. The guy is no angel and should be criticised for his drig use. But he came back last night and put on a brilliant match, for that i give him credit. There is no much hate thrown around this board it's only just countered by the comedy. By all means have an opinion, but do we need to hate on everything that happens, including silly things like this? I'm not hating on by any means, I like his work, granted I'm not as big of a fan of him like some people, but I thought he looked ridiculous in that get-up and with his hair did resemble a woman to me. If he didn't to you, that's fine, but that's just my take on it.

They ruled too. Remember the guy nicknamed 'Kung Fu' who did the eastern martial arts gimmick? Short lasting but he was like the original Steve Blackman/Tajiri/whoever. I remember him! Although most Oriental wrestlers had a kung-fu gimmick back then. Back when racism wasn't bad. /Brent The guy I'm thinking of wasn't one of the Asian wrestlers. He was white, had blonde hair. But yeah, those stereotyped martial arts gimmicks, though cliche, were so fun to see back then. In truth, the only thing I ever watch on TWC or the Fight Network or whatever it's called now is World of Sport. And on topic, yes the jacket was silly, but i love long-hair Regal. Looks like he's saying "I can grow my hair however i want, cause I'll still knee yhour face off". And with that said, if he still gets a title push/run, I can happily tolerate the silly jacket.

OK. I've been a huge Regal mark forever but as bias as I am over Regal, I too was thrown a back by the way he looked. The coat is cool, no problem w/ that. The hair... He's going to look kick ass once it grows out HHH 1996 length. But as for now he should wet it and slick it back. The rock and wind return to the blue lagoon look is not working for him. The outfit... is on the right track but give it time. They don't create things cool over night especially when that night is WrestleMania.

"Hated it!" This made my day. Regal's outfit did not receive "Three snaps in a Z formation".

i registered just so i can write this:
after seeing regal, i immediately thought of Nuclear Man from Superman IV. The black onesie with the curly brown hair. William Regal is Nuclear Man. Somebody do a comparison picture!

William Regal has gotten so robust, that when he sits around the appointed Tuscan Villa...he sits AROUND the appointed Tuscan Villa. Win.

www.wwe.com/inside/superstarink/mvp/Picture 2 is the "Malcom X Prison tattoo" that's been mentioned in this thread a few times. And while I thought Regal's outfit was...odd, I was pleasantly surprised that even though both guys got lukewarm reactions at the start of the match, by the end they managed to turn the crowd around and get them into it.

I'm very much alone in thinking his new ring attire was pretty cool then?

I'm very much alone in thinking his new ring attire was pretty cool then? Hell no man, I love his new digs. With the ferrets in my stomach doing somersaults everytime I see JBL's manoobs, Regal's new onesy is a blessing. He looks like Super Crazy which is muy loco bueno for me!

Seriously, his new attire looked like something the Fabulous Moolah would have worn. I looked up a few minutes after he removed his robe and I said "...Super Crazy turned into a Brittish guy. Doesn't that beat all." Looked weird cause he normally goes shirtless, but hey, he decided to change it up. Might come out next week in his pajamas.

Yeah it was questionable attire IMO. Don't see why he can't wear the red one that he used to.
