The only way HBK won't get in the hall of fame is if he personally came to a dinner with Vince, dropped his pants, and defecated in Vince's food while looking him right in the eye. ...even then it'd be debatable. Or if he kills his wife and son over 2 days. All in all, he's a lock. Triple H, John Cena, and Undertaker are also locks. Edge is a strong possiblity unless he jumps to TNA. Mick Foley is a definate. "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan isn't going anywhere, so he'll be one of the fillers. JBL is surefire. Unless he pulls a Bradshaw, Snitsky should'nt be 300 miles from a Hall of Fame. I know not too many people are thrilled about this, but Michael Cole should be in the Hall of Fame someday, he's a respected worker in their eyes.

I second the Arn Anderson vote. I'm not sure how May Young got in there before Double A did.

If he shot a puppy and went to TNA to put over all of their 'stars'...... ...he would still have a legit shot. He could violate Stephanie McMahon and beat Shane McMahon within an inch of his life... ...and he'd still probably get in.

I smell a "1000 Things Shawn Michaels would have to do to NOT make it into the HOF" thread coming........

I'm surprised by the number of people who don't have Kane as a guaranteed Hall of Famer.
Besides him, I'd say
Undertaker HBK HHH Mick Foley
are all locks while
Duggan Jericho Cena Edge
are all very likely.

I'm surprised people are saying Batista. Sure he's pretty popular now but in my opinion, to get in the hall of fame you should have been wrestling in the WWE for 12-15 years at least. Obviously there are exceptions for the obscenely over guys like The Rock but I wouldn't say Batista was Hall of Fame worthy.

We've all said it to various degrees, but yeah, I'd say of the current roster if their careers ended right now, HHH, HBK, Undertaker, Kane, John Cena, Big Show, Rey Mysterio, Jericho and Edge are absolute shoe-ins.
This is of course provided should nothing happen to tarnish their legacies. We all thought Benoit was a no-brainer, of course...

If Jeff Hardy keeps clean, he and Matt will go in as a tag team at some point, unless Jeff goes on to become a multiple-time World Champion and leave Matt too far in the dust for them to go in together.

Assuming none of these commit homocide: -Undertaker: a lock -Shawn: a lock -Triple H: a lock -Cena: a lock -JBL: a lock -Big Show: A lock -Edge: Most likely, he will probably go in as a singles, but the question is whether his tag team with Christian is inducted. -Orton: Probably, especially if he stays in WWE for a long time. Jeff Hardy/Matt Hardy: They will probably go in the same year and their tag team work and individual work will both be highlighted. -Kane: Most likely. He's played the Kane character for over 10 years, not to mention the work he did as Yankum and Diesel II. -Duggan: Probably. Many of the stars of Duggan's era have gone in already and Duggan is no less of a star than they were. -Batista: Probably. If he's close friends with Trips and Flair, then I think that's a big help for Big Dave. -Chris Jericho: Probably. I agree with this list 100%, though if Big Show is a lock, then Chris Jericho is a triple-famil-canadian-grafdunzel-armbar-lock. fixed for smarkiess

Right now? Taker, HBK and Triple H. And maybe Fit Finlay. His induction would be a ratings draw in Europe, if they are going for the International market.

I just want to see Kane light up the podium with fire when he goes in. THAT would be sweet.

The eerie thing about it is, after his last match against Elijah Burke, Joey Styles refered to him as a future Hall of Famer.

Matt Hardy? Hasn't had the same roller-coaster career as Jeff, but he's not on the cusp of being in the main event, either. He is now the focus of one of their brands. Who were the last two to be the focus of said brand? Kane and CM Punk, who are now focal points of Raw. Until Jeff stops messing around with MVP and starts a program with either HHH or Edge, Matt is actually closer to a main event slot than him. Not only that, but I imagine that they are less worried about trusting Matt in taking that step with him. My locks: HBK UT HHH (remember, he was a 3 time champ BEFORE he was involved with Stephanie) Jericho Duggan (you all forget how insanely over he was) Edge Hardyz Big Show (How many world titles has he held? It is not an insignificant number) People who should be locks but aren't for personal reasons: Savage Booker T Sting Dudley Boyz Angle

You guys crack me up. Anyone who stays with the company 10+ years and stays on good terms will get in. Its not like a real hall of fame where personal achievement gets a person inducted. Being a good company man, will get Hardcore Holly into the WWE hall of fame, there is only one person who decides who goes in and that is Vince, so basically anyone is a potential HOFer if Vince feels they deserve it for what ever reason he chooses.

What about the women's division btw? I think that the way things are going, Victoria and/or Beth may have a deserved induction there.
Also, talking about deserved inductions that probably won't happen, the Dudleyz deserve to be in there no less than any tag team ever. Those guys were great.
@jaypeas: I don't think Finlay deserves to be in the WWE HoF unless Regal is inducted first, tbh.
