There may be more than you think, obviously not counting jobbers(well actually why not most of them even went to WCW in the 90s), so go ahead with the jobbers. So any wrestler that never wrestled in WCW/NWA(Jim Crockett Promotions, WCCW before 1986, and Championship Wrestling from Florida) before or after their WWF career.
