If a wrestler has a finisher that's obviously effective, i.e. the Pedigree, the Sweet Chin Music, the Rock Bottom, the Ankle Lock, why doesn't every guy on the roster use it?

How come a weapon in a normal match (especially chair) is lethal yet in a Hardcore match they just shrug it off
How come the ref can never hear when a heel is cheating and the ref is distracted. Even although the crowd is going nuts and if there is a wepo0n used (chair) there a loud bang of it. Especially when the ref is facing the big screen
How can Mankind be pinned in a normal match and be down and K.OD from a normal wrestlers finisher. Just like any other wrestler but can be thrown off a cage and through a cage and still compete in the match.
How come in a Survivor Series match a wrestler can be pinned much easier than in a normal match
How can a wrestler come back and win a match when they have been getting badly beaten up for 5 to 10 minutes before hand and still be conscious?
How can Goldberg squash over 170 wrestlers then lose one match and then just be another face in the crowd without being a monster?
Why did every opponent Hulk Hogan face always try to attack him when he was 'Hulking up'? did they never see what happens when he does that? why not just run out the ring till the hulk calms down?
How can a wrestler get buried alive and come back a few months later and extract revenge for being buried alive?
How can a wrestler be in a feud to the point where him and his Nemesis are almost killing each other and a few months latter all be forgotten and there best Friends and tagging together?
Why did security never arrest and put Nash and Hall in jail for assault and trespassing when they were 'invading from WWF' in 1996?

Why is it whenever a wrestler does "special guest commentary" on the upcoming PPV opponent, he only appears for one match? Why don't we see him every week up until the PPV, scouting every week? You'd think: Four weeks until the PPV, four different opponents, four different opponent styles...you'd learn more that way. (Actually in the past, they used to do it that way. Rick Rude would be facing somebody and he'd come out every week and "scout". Or somebody would scout for him.)
Why does a DDT do more damage when Tommy Dreamer does it, as opposed to when Undertaker does one? (Really, why does a move hurt more because it's a "finisher"?)
Why is it called a "sidewalk slam"? Have you ever slammed somebody on the sidewalk like that? Have you ever seen it done like that?
I'm with you on the "corporate title on the line" matches. But, the man who wins is usually the "smartest" of the two, so naturally he deserves to win the title. Odd way to look at it, but it's true if you think about it.
Why are referees so scrawny and easy to knock down? Why can't guys built like Mark Henry become officials?
Why can't security guys maintain some sense of order whenever two guys are trying to beat each other up? Why not just let them get it out of their system, then jump in when they get tired, like the NHL does?

why in a 2/3 falls match, does a heel not start the match with some insane weapon shot, taking the dq for the first fall, but leaving the opponent unable to get up for the 2 consecutive falls and win the match in about 20 seconds?
why are tv cameras invisible to everyone backstage?
why are tv cameras allowed to film police investigations? (goldbert stalking liz, austin hit by a car)
if wrestlers in a blood feud hate each other so much, but are always in the same towns, arenas, locker rooms, why dont they just fight there instead of waiting for a match at the end of the night or at a ppv?
why would anybody aim at second or third tier titles instead of the world title?
if punches are illegal, why does nobody get dq'd for them?
why do people who are obviously in the arena at the time only make the save after the person has had the tar beaten out of them?

One I never got that goes back to the Tajiri one, why didn't the ref's DQ people for that after seeing his opponent's face covered in his green (or whatever colored) mist? Same for weapon shots were the weapon would break and leave pieces all over the ring like Jarrett's guitar.

why would anybody aim at second or third tier titles instead of the world title? Well you gotta figure in kayfabe the guy with a title gets more money and more public appearances and exposure by having some sort of title. The smart guy probably figures he will have less competition by gong after a lower title

The suplex.
Why in the HELL does the guy keep his body straight while in the hold? ESPECIALLY on long delayed vertical suplexes.
Oh sure, every now and then you'll see a guy knee his way out, but 99% of the time they just keep their body as straight as possible.
Never got it as a kid, and I'll never get it til the day I die.

Why does a DDT do more damage when Tommy Dreamer does it, as opposed to when Undertaker does one? (Really, why does a move hurt more because it's a "finisher"?) It is the technique and style of the move they are performing. Same as why some people never make it past jobber in the business and others become legends. It'[s all about technique and style. This is why Jake 'The Snake' is a relatively small wrestler when compared to some of the others but is a much better wrestler than many others with the best DDT ever.

How come a weapon attack is shrugged off in a hardcore match, but deadly any other time? Additionally, Chairs, chains, frying pans... guys can come back from all that. Hit them with a title belt? INSTANT DEATH!!! The plates on those belts must be made from the hardest substance known to man.

Why do referees fail to hear the thunderous boom of a guitar shot, turn around to see pieces of shattered guitar scattered all over the ring with a big cloud of dust around an unconscious wrestler, then calmly count the pin for Jarrett as if nothing was wrong?

Why does a guy have so much trouble putting his finishing move on his opponent during a long match, but in a non-match confrontation in the ring, a finishing move can be used after only punching the opponent once or twice? And why does he have to do it two or three times to put somebody away in some matches yet he does it in an interview or backstage segment INSTANT DEATH!!!!111!1! And what's the deal with those razor slots in airline bathrooms? Are people actually shaving in there?

Alot of mine were already posted but watching TNA I just came up with one...
Do the wrestlers not listen to the commentary on other matches? Most of the time the commentators give vital information and it would benefit the wrestlers greatly to listen to it.

Most of the good ones are all taken already. But... If a guy has a finisher he can hit anytime out of anywhere, like DDP's diamond cutter, why didn't he just open the match with it? And why does Shawn Michaels wait 20 minutes into a match to hit the superkick. The first time he has his opponent dazed shouldn't he hit sweet chin music and end it?
Why when guys are in a brutal, personal, death fued and they face each other in a tag match before the big PPV match do they go for quick pinfalls and attempts to win the match? Wouldn't they rather hurt the guy, or at least soften him up before they face each other one on one.
And finally, why when an announcer, diva, non-wrestler is forced to compete in a watch against a wrestler why don't they just smack the ref and get dq'd, or lay down, or take a count-out loss?

I never got how top level midcarders and main eventers would for 10 - 15 minutes matches one on one would get pinned in 2 minutes on a survivor series match. You'd think a match with 4 or 5 times as many people where it's eliminations ( like 5 mini matches), the length of the match would be 3 or 4 times as long. Totally agree. I'm with you there. Just a small thing here, but I never got how a superplex didn't hurt the person delivering it BUT when the person delivering it got countered while on the top ropes and got pushed off, it hurt really really bad.
