Hey I was raised a Cowboys fan. I stuck through those 5-11 seasons damit. And ever since The Steelers the Super Bowl 3 years ago theres a hell alot of Steeler fans showing up in Eastern PA. Oh a Dallas fan calling Steeler fans bandwagon? And umm... why would there be a Cowboy fan in PA anywhere? I mean, you have the Steelers and the Eagles in that state and I'm pretty sure they both hate Dallas! Just bustin your chops dude. Like who you want. I didn't say they were bandwagoners I just said there were alot of Steeler fans showing up latley. And I admit i rooted for Pittsburgh in the Super Bowl. But that was mainly because of Jerramy Stevens. And why havn't the Chargers been said?

Seattle could win 10 superbowls, and I doubt they would ever get bandwagon fans even when they were in the superbowl, they had no love and everyone was a steelers "fan" I wasn't a Steeler fan but I was sure as hell rooting for them that SB Yeah Dallas is. I see people that have a perfectly good NFL team in their state root for them.

I have the feeling that a lot of people are going to jump on the Browns bandwagon this year. But still, "Browns Backers" is the largest NFL fan club in the world.

There is waaay too many Detroit Lions bandwagon jumpers. It's sad when your friend is the only person at Lions' training camp who knows the last Lions' QB to win a playoff game. (Which was Erik Kramer in 91)

Steelers have the biggest national following of any NFL team. I am not sure how much of that is bandwagon. I know a lot of people all across the country that are die hard Steelers fan that don't live in Pittsburgh mainly because their parents moved away in the mid 80's because of the crash of the steel industry. Oregon has an assload of Steeler fans, most of whom were more Tryo Polamalu fans than true Pittsburgh fans. We are one of the few markets without an NFL team that I feel really deserve one. The Blazers do well enough....whose to say we couldn't support a football team? People pay to see the Beavers and Ducks duke it out....I think they'd pay to see an Oregon NFL team, as well. Eugene or Portland would make good choices, IMO.

That's the worst part of being a die hard fan of a winning team...everybody is quick to assume you are a bangwagon fan.

Even us, Rams fans have bandwagon fans back in 1999, when we won our Super Bowl. But I always been a fan of them since they moved to St. Louis back in 95. Where I live in Iowa its mostly Vikings, Bears, and Cowboys fans. I'm one of the few Rams fans. Amen Bro. Rams- WE WILL BE BETTER THIS YEAR.

The only reason that people jumped along the Giants bandwagon is the fact that some people absolutely despise the Patriots/Cowboys (Jet fans, AFC East teams, maybe even some Charger fans, LOL)... and rightfully so. They're one and two on my most hated NFL teams list, with the Eagles in a distant third.
Even this season, I believe there to be more Jet fans in NYC and the boroughs than Giant fans. The poor fools.

The Saints are a bandwagon team now. Everyone jumped on after they had one good season. Even to the point that the critics keep on picking them for everything. And I see way to many people with Bush or Brees jerseys around here.

This miserable team has nothing but fans every day on local sports radio saying how much they hate management and think they team will be 6-10 or worse! Some bandwagon!!

I don't know if I can call the Steelers and Cowboys a bandwagon team. By definition, they are, as most of the people outside of Pennsylvania or Texas who call themselves Steelers or Cowboys fans, are such because they were the best team when they were growing up. They were bandwagoners at the start and they stuck with them through it all. So they aren't bandwagon fans anymore, but that's how they got their start.
The Patriots aren't a bandwagon team. Someone earlier said that its easy to call any fan of a winning team a bandwagon fan. But the Patriots were selling out every home game prior to their current dynasty. Starting around 1993 and continuing through today, they've sold out every home game. And that is including some awful Pete Carroll era teams.

And I see way to many people with Bush or Brees jerseys around here. While basically true, I'm willing to let that one go, just because that franchise has had to wear a paper bag over its head since, well, forever ;D As a San Diego resident, I have to say, a good number of Charger fans are bandwaggoners from the team's recent success. Years ago few gave a crap, now everyone is sporting a Merrimann/LT jersey. But I do respect the few actual, loyal fans.

Can we call the 72 Dolphins Bandwagon fans?
I mean they jump on the bandwagon of who is playing the last Undefeated team.

GB Packers are NOT a bandwagon team. People fully support them no matter what. actually they fall under the category of commercial schilling by the NFL and the constant focus on the NFL Network and ESPN all through the years so yes that makes them a Bandwagon team
