Mine's fairly boring sounding but I like to import small scale Japanese remote controlled cars (Remember the craze we had in the US with those for a bit? Radioshack made their own, the Japanese ones were sold here as Microsizers, and tons of knockoffs of the Japanese ones were sold in gas stations, mall kiosks, and everywhere, in snow-globe like containers.) and build/modify them. It was fairly easy to do, but I modified one of the tiny ones to run on two of the small power cells it uses (just had to solder them in parallel and glue the second cell to the back end of the car, running the wires out the space in the back window or creating a slot for them), the damn thing would fly. Do wheelies, etc. I dunno, it's pretty dorky but I have fun with it at times. Gives me something to do, modifying things to be faster and more dangerous I also collect older game consoles and games (I'm not gonna post my collection unless someone really wants to know, I don't wanna look like a dweeb showing off his e-penis), also fun but not all that unusual. And I love to collect Marvel and DC Minimates, little block based art figures. They kinda look like bigger more detailed lego people. Got a ton of those, but I just love toys in general to be honest. Love the GI Joe ARAH 25th line right now. And I like to play a dart game called Cricket. Anyone else do...stuff, in their downtime?

I'm a roleplaying nerd. Not like WOW or Final Fantasy but more like D&D, Vampire: the Masquarade, and Deadlands. Paper games are the shizzle!

Eh, weird and interesting are relative.
I collect DVDs of grindhouse/drive-in era films, old monster flicks and most animation. Most of my collecting habits and other hobbies beyond that seem to run in spurts. Get into them for a short period, lose interest and that's that.

I collect stuff, something else grabs my attention, and I go do that for a while, then I might end up coming back to it weeks, months, or in the most recent case, years later.

I start things and then quit them.
Seriously, over the years i've done wrestling, kickboxing, Piano, guitar, painting, singing, acting, orchestra and a few more, and i've quit them all.
I don't see it as failure, I just havent found the one thing to suit me. I like the fact that i'm a little bit trained in a multitude of things, and when I do find the thing that suits me I know I can stick to it.

Thanks, Void! I was hoping someone would catch that! Been a huge 'busters mark since...well, as long as I can remember. A lot of my early childhood memories involve The Real Ghostbusters. And growing up with the movies, yeah, I couldn't help but catch it. (Yes, I even liked Extreme Ghostbusters.)

A guy I used to work with take one weeks holiday to go away and bind books. Normally I can see the interest in a hobby or take the live and let live approach but I really don't get that one, once I can sort of understand but every year? Check out the link the below, I'm fairly sure it's all legal... www.womenanddogsuk.co.uk/page2.html

Hobbies... well, I am have a very strong passion for all things dog. I am learning more and more to where I can usually tell what kind of dog a dog is and what the original purpose was that they were bred for. Of course, the mixes and more exotic breeds can throw me off.
I personally think mankind would of never prospered as we had without dogs and horses.
