Would Sentry's alter ego of the Void be considered a separate character? Or since it's just his 'dark side' would that count?
Not that I know that that would even qualify as a 'classic' villain, I'm just having trouble coming up with good nineties and beyond characters.

Has Doc Strange, Silver Surfer or Iron Fist been given any new villains to face recently?

I don't know that Zoom qualifies as although he is quite a bit different from the original Professor Zoom, it's not as if there wasn't a template for the character dating back decades. In fact that may be part of the reason why this current Zoom does seem to have staying power. thing about that is, aside from having a similar costume and role in The Flash comics, Zoom is so different from the old Professor Zoom that you have to look at him as a completely different character. his motivation for being a villain is so unique, his powers work completely differently and his back story has way more depth than the original Zoom ever had. the original Zoom was a pretty forgettable villain whose only meaningful action (killing Iris West) was undone within a year, but the new one is a character who actually matters.

Great character design, good powers, nasty attitude, motivation... used correctly, Johnny Sorrow could be a player for years to come. Additionally, he did the impossible... he killed 6 of the 8 Shadows, and eventually the Scarab (#7) too. R.I.P Dr. Nowhere, Jake Justice, The Shard (aka The Luminary), Man-At-Arms , Lodestar, The Veil and Scarab. I LOVE Johnny Sorrow. In fact I might make it the name of my band.

Has Doc Strange, Silver Surfer or Iron Fist been given any new villains to face recently? ya know what, I know iron Fist has new characters, and they all rock hard(Bride of Seven Spiders FTW!), but I am not sure if the villains are new. Though I am pretty sure his current foe is a new guy, I also don't think he will be around long. Davos might be new, but he wont count either. Despite being awesome.

The Mandarin is Iron Mans arch nemesis, which is why he is usually listed. He's also part of the reason Tony built the armor in the first place. Off the top of my head ... Mr. Sinister, Apocalypse, Blade (Anti-Hero I know), Thanos, Arcade, Blackheart (Although he was recently killed off), Darkseid, Harley Quinn (Maybe a bit early for her), Morbius, The Punisher, Hobgoblin, Cyborg Superman, Doomsday, Omega Red, Shadow King ... I'm sure there are many more especially from the DC side of things. Just a note, Blackheart isn;t dead, he's just sealed under the Hellfire club and running it along Shaw. All so I forgot, was Sebastian Shaw 80's or 90's?

Shaw first appeared in 1979
