I was just wondering of those of you who happen to have a Blu Ray player. How many Blu Rays do you have? PS3 games don't count here, Just films and whatnot. Right now I only have a very modest collection of 2 Blu Rays. WrestleMania 24, and Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. The Dark Knight will join the collection in December.
I realize that since its still a new format, most of you probably dont have a player yet, and those that do probably dont have many movies because of the price. Regardless, I figured it would be an interesting topic.

Five of the movies I received from the 5 free offer: The Omen (remake), Chicken Little, Deja Vu, Resident Evil: Apocalyspe, Blazing Saddles, Dawn of the Dead (original), Day of the Dead (original), and the Descent on the way. Like Kstrick, The Dark Knight is my next planned blu-ray purchase, but we'll see if any sales pop up between now and then.
I have to add I'm watching Dawn right now and I am amaze at the small details I'm noticing now.

I have a player. Well it's a PS3. And except for the games which are on Blu Ray disc's I havw only two titles:
1. Sunshine (The Danny Boyle film. This films looks f***ing awesome in HD. If you only get one film on Blu Ray get this one.)
2. HDscape Sampler (HDscape are those DVDs which are just shots of log fires, fish tanks and nature. Basically turns your TV into a screen saver. The Sampler has small clips of the full length DVDs. They look good and I'm thinking of picking up the Antarctica one).

Mine isn't huge quite yet, since trying to avoid repurchasing things. So far it's only: Lonesome Dove Batman Begins Forgetting Sarah Marshall Dark City: Director's Cut Short Circuit (found it for 8 bucks, otherwise wouldn't have bothered) Risky Business

Yeah I think thats one of the things holding Blu Ray back somewhat, people dont wanna buy things over again. I think it'll get alot better in the future though. I just wish the studios would realize these things can hold up to 50 gigs of data, and yet still make multiple disc editions of movies, and hell some of these trilogies and things they release could all be on one disc. Maybe they'll start taking advantage of it soon because I really want to see whole seasons of TV shows on one disc.

I have Wrestlemania from this year and Phantom of the Opera. I'm looking to get Iron Man and maybe the new Indiana Jones movie. I'll be happy when they all drop to under $20!
