If they were to make Vickie Guerrero the Queen of Smackdown, making Big Show her Royal Guard, and she made wrestlers kiss her feet all the time (Big Show forcing the wrestlers to kiss her feet if they didn't do so voluntarily).
They could do vignettes where Vickie forces Smackdown staff (refs, announcers, maybe some wrestlers) to give her pedicures and manicures, cook her fine meals, and other stuff so she lives a life of luxury at SmackDown's expense.
Vickie starts buying all sorts of gold/diamonds for herself and spends lots of SD camera time showing off how elegant and luxurious she is (in the ring, complete with red carpet and fancy stuff).
She begins cutting wrestlers salaries and increasing ticket prices to support her lavish lifestyle.
It gets to the point where an entire episode of Smackdown is all about Vickie in a bikini relaxing in a jacuzzi. She got rid of the ring and put a jacuzzi in its place. The wrestlers are forced to go backstage and outdoors to have their matches, viewed on the Titantron (sometimes they may come down the aisle but keep their distance from the royal jacuzzi).
Then Vince McMahon comes back, and realizes that Vickie's excesses have just about bankrupted Smackdown. He fires her as general manager, however she already granted herself a severance pay of $100 million, which Vince is forced to give her.
Smackdown, being so broke, now has the wrestlers wrestling on some old mattresses in the middle of the arena, with no pyro or theme music. Meanwhile the cameras switch to a Vickie Guerrero enjoying life with all that SD money she took.
Vickie fooled Big Show into believing he would get a big bonus for all the work he did for her. Show didn't get his pay, and is stuck in the same situation as the rest of the SD wrestlers. He and Undertaker then team up to find her, and then Undertaker finally puts her in the coffin and carries it off.
All of Vickie's luxuries are then sold, then the money goes back to Smackdown and everything is normal again. Vince apologizes for all the stuff that Vickie did, and assumes the GM position of SD until another suitable candidate arrives.
