From www.wjrr.com/pages/lastresort.html . Strip Clubs just get lamer. If I did have much interest in going to one, I wouldn't now, since between goofy crap like this, ridiculous laws about how far one has to be away, and the skankiness of it all, there are far better ways to spend cash.

Whats the issue? I dont care where im at id be pissed off too if I got cut because of a careless action? What about a "strip club" besides your moral opinion makes it any less of an establishment that has to abide by business ethic?

Oh, I wasn't knocking his claim, I think they should pay through the nose if they are responsible. I don't even have much in the way of moral qualms over it. Strip clubs just don't do it for me.

So does no one appreciate the irony of getting injured at a strip club named the Booby Trap? I mean, they tell you flat out it's a trap. He should have expected it.

They'll settle out of court for an undisclosed amount of free lapdances.

I'm not surprised that the incident happened. I have been in plenty of strip clubs where the girls inadvertently flung things off the stage. I've seen a girl using a giant candy cane for a prop accidentally pull down an entire string of Christmas lights. I even saw a girl climb up on the bar and strut around until she walked straight into the blades of a ceiling fan. The little bit of danger just makes it that much more exciting.
That guy is a buttmunch for suing the club.

I know this is late, but it's pretty obvious that Bradley said that crazy incidents like this are one of the reasons he wouldn't go to one. He didn't say anything about the guy not being right to sue.

While I normally side with the defendant in these cases, this is one of those rare 'uns where I gotta side with the injured party. That's just stupid. Still, this guy should be lucky he wasn't at a Butters Stotch dance recital instead....

I just found it odd that someone from out of my state was linking to my local rock station

I just found it odd that someone from out of my state was linking to my local rock station I somehow found my way to the site from a link someone posted to a Trish Stratus story. Saw the strip club story, and had to post it, it was so... odd.

One time like 10 years ago, me and my friends were at a table right on the side of the stage. A dancer was swinging around the pole with her legs extended, and she accidentally kicked my friend square in the back of his head. It made a loud thud, and he ended up with a bump on his head. Did we sue the strip club? No. We did what most guys would do in this situation. We made fun of him for a few weeks, until the next embarassing thing happened.

That is hilarious, but I guess it doesn't quite compare to getting covered in broken glass.

They'll might as well give him the money. He'll probably give it right back to the girls anyways.
