India loves The Great Khali

I live in Mumbai, India and I want to tell you a fact my smarkish buddies.....almost every wrestling fan in India including me, is really proud that Great Khali won a prestigious title in the WWE. He is currently a JTTS, and the Indian smarks are not happy about it.
When I was a kid, and used to watch WWF(E) way back.....I used to always think....why is there no Indian wrestler in the WWF(E) eventhough we had great wrestlers in the past like The Great Gama and Dara Singh.
The Great Khali is a real great person as he is helping poor villagers from his native place in Punjab by doing charitable work. I wish Dalip Singh Rana alias The Great Khali.....all the best....and if any creative team guy from TNA or WWE is reading this than please let Great Khali and Sonjay Dutt know that India loves them and we all respect their hardwork and efforts. I was just gonna say that (apparently) Smackdown is edited over there to make Khali look good. (By good, I mean look like the face.)

To be honest, Big Show being a jerk to Khali's peace offering was pretty heelish on both sides of the world. It was just presented differently by announcers, rather than a true cut and paste edit job.

No problem dude.....I know that Khali cant wrestle.....but Vince like big guys and dude......I have no issues bcuz I just like the fact that Khali being a horrible wrestler has won the WWE title just because of his MASSIVE SIZE, and Vince will always mark for BIG guys. lolz

They don't eat what you know as Indian food in India (which I have decided to call Hindustan today, for no real reason). Indian food was designed for a British Audiance, and appeals to the tastes of the host culture. The Hindustan doesn't have a native tradition of restuarants, as taboos regarding the Hindu Caste System require food to be prepared by a fellow caste member.

Does Sonjay Dutt have a big following in India too? I think TNA airs there, I vaguely recall that might have been one of the countries they were oddly popular in that they showed some of the wrestlers traveling to a couple years back.

Are you sure about that? Because I was introduced to it be a couple of Indian co-workers when they would bring their home cooking into work. They were from India too not like second generation or anything.

Basmati rice? Naan bread? Poppadums? They don't eat that stuff in India? I know they English love it but if it was designed for them it doesn't make any sense. Vindaloo = fish and chips? (doesn't know how to make a does not equal sign)
