One month ago it would have been 3AM, but since I have to be awake by 6, I now sleep at 1 or 2AM

I'm working in a Kitchen at the moment (Nando's) and we shut at 10pm, but it takes around 2-3 hours to clean everything before we go. It means I don't get home til around 1 most nights so I end up going to bed around 2/2:30. I dislike getting to bed after 3.
On days off or when I work during the day I mostly get to bed around 1ish. It's very easy to go on the internet (here, wikipedia etc) and end up just looking at stuff for hours without realising the time.

God help me. I'm so tired. I need my sleep. I make no bones about it. I need eight hours a day, and at least ten at night - Bill Hicks

Wake up at 6am and go to bed at 10ish pm.
Looks like I'm strange.
Then again, looks like this poll was made when most people on my schedule are sleeping. The poll should even out soon.

10 p.m. on weekdays.
Then up at 5 a.m. to take the dog for a run and then off to the gym by 6 a.m.

10 pm, but I'm usually fighting to not sleep at like 9 just so I don't wake up to early.

The same as I do during the week, usually around 7am. It's a vicious sleeping cycle for me right now. I still haven't gone to sleep and I have class in 2 hours from 11am - 5pm, so I'm just gonna try to go for an all nighter.

When I was at uni I went to bed at half 1 no matter what I had to do in the morning. Except Monday when I stayed up to watch RAW and the Sunday PPVs of course. Now its usually about half 11/midnight as I like to get a full eight hours.

around 12ish on days where I have to wake up at 9 or earlier. Anywhere from 1 to 2 on days where I don't have to. So I put 1.

Between 2 and 3 depending on how tired I am. Usually stay up to watch a dvd until I get tired.

I go to bed as soon as the 10 o'clock news is over. That way I can get 7 hours of sleep before my four year old son gets up at 6am and starts making noise.
