I know they're a bit more recent (I think 2001), but... there's lots of cereals that feature characters on the box. ex: Casper Chex Mix. But I was mainly focusing on cereals that are based on the characters. ex: the vid in the op

Watching that makes me want to try them. Except any with marshmallows in, the concept of mixing marshmallows and cereal i've always found irksome.

Remember way back when Cinnamon Toast Crunch had more then 1 baker? Whatever happened to the other 2 guys? LOL!!! ;D We used to joke in the third grade that the fat one ate the other two. The story went that the other two while baking spilled the cinnamon recipe on themselves and fatty started halucinating and attacked them and tore them up Dawn Of The Dead Style. What was left was dumped into a mixing vat and baked right into the cereal......we were some pretty smurfed up kids ;D But only 1/3rd as evil as todays units.

I really like the Aerosmith cereal "Sweet Emotions." I'm thinking that's a joke. But In case you are serious. That's a fictional cereal made up by the creators of simpsons. it never actually existed

Nintendo might be the best of the lot. I was eating at least 2 boxes a week. I wish I could of gotten the chance to try Pac-Man but that was a little early for me. pac man was basically corn pops with mashmellows. it was awesome No, it was like Kix with marshmallows. We only got it once then when Mom discovered we were only eating the marshmallows, no more Pac-Man cereal. Damn, I still have the commercial stuck in my head. (All voices) It's Pac-Man! Gobble gobble gobble gobble, dee-licious! (Ghosts) "I'm Inky! I'm Pinky! I'm Blinky! I'm Clyde. With the marshmallows, all found inside of Pac-Man!" (Kid) "There goes the Pac-puffs! And Blinky too!" (Pac-Man) He's marshmallow! You can chomp him too! (All voices) It's Pac-Man! Thanks a lot, it'll be stuck there all day. And, might I add the Indiana Jones cereal they have now is fantastic. Tastes like Cocoa Puffs Combos, and you can probably get it for cheap, now. Spend $3.59 for the Cocoa Puffs Combos or find the Indiana Jones cereal for $1.99. Tough choice.

yepper. even though I couldn't find it on the general mills websitefor some reason Hmmm I've never noticed it when I go down the cereal aisle. Although the one cereal I miss the most is the old school S'Mores cereal, not the new shit that is out.

I like cereals that bombed. This.. You see they tried to capture the tangyness of the Nerds candy but instead it seemed like tarty fruit salt pieces. I think its one of the worst cereals ever to grace any shelf.
