Well, if the Lions wanna get their win... What would disappoint the people who want to see 0-16 more? 1-15, or 0-15-1? 1-15, because 0-15-1 at least means they are still winless. ;D

Guess this is the place to do it but I have a BIG fantasy question, championship game this week and 3 BIG RBs to choose from...
A. Peterson, Steve Slaton & Pierre Thomas
As of now I have Slaton & Thomas in but anything could happen from now til Sunday, any thoughts?

I heard someone on ESPN say that even if the Lions go 0-16 this season, they still wouldn't be the worst team this season, since they were at least competitive in most of their games.
Don't know if I agree with that, but it's something to think about.

You go 0-16 you're the worst. I don't care how competitive you were. That's like saying you were good enough to almost not lose sometimes maybe.

Don't know if I agree with that, but it's something to think about. No, not really. All the other awful teams have managed to win at least 2, despite other competitive (or not) losses . And with Reggie being out, I might actually say that the Lions' chances are dimmer. Pierre Thomas is a much better RB.

Just thought of that segment from George Carlins last HBO special. YOU LOST BILLY!!! YOUR A LOSER BILLY!!!! Also some retard on sports center said that Eli should be benched for the rest of the month starting this weekend.

Don't know if I agree with that, but it's something to think about. This past weekend was my first chance to watch the Oakland Raiders. The only chance I've had to see the Detroit Lions in action was Thanksgiving Day. I know the Raiders have won some games here and there, but I'll tell you this much; they're equally horrible. How the Raiders have won a game, let alone multiple games this season, is incredible. If it weren't for the Lions this year, I definitely feel like the 2008 Oakland Raiders would go down in history as one of the worst of all time.

I hope the Falcons and/or Vikings can make it into the Playoffs.
I think the Vikings have a better chance at this point.

Colts clinch the No. 5 seed and have a date with the Broncos (or Chargers if something nuts happens) So basically the Colts get a first round bye.... I'm sorry, but Denver lost to both Kansas City and Oakland. They'll be squashed....

I'm in the Championship Round of my Fantasy League! Do I start Romo against the Ravens or Rivers against the Bucs?

Also some retard on sports center said that Eli should be benched for the rest of the month starting this weekend. I'd love for the Panthers to get their hands on Carr. When the dude on sportcenter said NY should bench Manning, I had to think for a few moments. "do we even have another QB?" You just reminded me that Carr is on the team. I had honestly forgotten about that guy since October. Once again Eli is not getting the credit he deserves. Ooh he had some sucky plays last week and the Giants always have trouble in december. Big whoop. Were in, SHOULD be getting a second round bye and homefield (NY/Car will just end up trading the #1 and #2 seeds depending on who wins/loses. I look at it this way. If Giants/Panthers meet in the NFC game the winner will be the one whoever loses this weekend. I consider it a practice game for their playoff meeting, assuming one of them doesn't go down in flames prematurly which I think has a 70% chance of happening as the top two teams rarely ever meet in a championship, somebody always gets jobbed out to a wildcard who either gets stomped by the remaining best team or beats everyone and gets squashed in the bowl. Giants were the exception last year. A very rare case. So whoever loses will have time to rethink their strategy for the second meeting. COME ON NY LOSE!!!!!! ;D I don't like Dallas but im hoping they fart on the Ravens tomorrow to give Miami another week of playoff survival. Next to the Giants ill be pulling for the Cardinals.

Krimson: You have to start Rivers. Baltimore allows 15 points and 180 pass yards per game, and only Peyton Manning and Ben Roethlisberger did not throw at least one pick.
TND: Slaton at Oakland and Thomas at Detroit should be easy picks, but damn...sitting the imposter A.P...damn.
Bears keeping their hopes alive of making the Playoffs. I'd love to see Chicago host one of the NFC South teams that they held leads on in the 4th quarter. Now that the coaches decided that the team's best interior lineman, Anthony Adams (who loves playing in fat guy weather), should play, things are looking up. If Atlanta and the Giants can take care of Minnesota, the Bears become a real pain in the ass for the rest of the NFC.
Offensive gameplan: (sorry, but Simmons is right) chuck it downfield to number 23 and hope for PI.

So I managed to pull an upset in the semis, so I'm now one win away from back-to-back fantasy football titles.
Here's my matchup:
My Team QB - Donovan McNabb RB - Marshawn Lynch RB - Michael Turner RB/WR - Devin Hester WR - Eddie Royal WR - Antonio Bryant TE - Dustin Keller D/ST - New England K - Rob Bironas
My Opponent QB - Brett Favre RB - LaDanian Tomlinson RB - Ronnie Brown RB/WR - Kevin Walter WR - Larry Fitzgerald WR - Hines Ward TE - Anthony Fasano D/ST - Dallas K - David Akers

I think the Giants need to beat Carolina not just to clinch home field, but to avoid a real possibility of going into the Playoffs on a four game slide and having to play either Atlanta, Tampa or Philly in the first round. You know if Minnesota wins this week and the Giants lose, they're going to play for that bye week. This would be the fourth physical game the Giants have played in a row. They need a bye bad right now. If somehow NY doesn't get a bye, they're not winning three straight in the NFC.
Oh, and I think Dallas goes down tomorrow. It should be a low scoring game, and I like Baltimore's chances better in that situation. I think the Dallas D is playing a bit over their heads the last couple weeks and we could see a crack or two. Plus, Romo is due for another letdown. ;D
