Wow. I'm at a loss. I never really had any interaction with him, but as everyone else has pointed out, he seemed like a cool guy and a class act. He will be sorely missed around these parts.
RIP Dinobot

I wish I knew quite what to say. He was one person who I always enjoyed interacting with. He and I were cut from much the same cloth. I will miss him.
It was kind of his brother to pass the news on, rather than have us wonder. He really did not have to do that, and I would imagine that it probably pained him to go through his computer to see whom he enjoyed spending time with.

I've only been an official member of this board for a few months now but from what I've seen and read of his posts,he seemed like a really standup guy. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and those who knew him. May he rest in peace.

I can't believe this. He was around when I first showed up a few years ago and he was one of the first members whose name I always remembered. RIP my friend.

OH MY GOSH. He was seriously my favorite poster. Always cheerful, never gloomy. Terribly, terribly sad news.

.....I'm at a complete loss for words. Dino was one of my first friends here, and was almost always able to get a laugh out of me with something he said. He'll sincerely be missed. I mean....damn. Just.....damn.

Can't say I knew the guy, but anyone who was a fan of Dinobot from Beast Wars enough to use the name is an ace in my book.
RIP Dinobot

I always felt close to Dino even though we rarely spoke, just because he always lived close by, and we'd often be in the same places without knowing each other were there. That's usually what we talked about even. I really don't know what to say, I don't want to believe it's true, but rest in peace, and you're in a better place now, man.

Same here Spank, way back in the in the day (days of Chat) I used to talk to him quite a bit. If you ever wanted to find someone who would make you smile with a simple random post... he was your man.
Dinobot, you were a friend to many... a great man to all. Rest in peace.

I didn't know him too well, but he was the guy to step up and by my partner in that tag-team vote thing that went on here a while back, so he was a cool guy in my book.
RIP.

This has been the absolute worst month ever for me after having such a great October. I'm pretty much just typing whatever pops into my head right now because I'm pretty much at a loss for words. This is such a horrible thing to hear at any time. I can't say that we were more than acquaintances even though we're both mods but when Madison asked us who would be a good moderator a few months ago, he was one of the first people I thought of, he may have even been the first.
Even with all of the horrible horrible trolls that have popped up on here, there was always Dinobot to balance that out. He was THE model of a good poster. Never once caused any kind of problem that I'm aware of and he actually GOT the point of this place.
My thoughts go out to his family, friends, and any loved ones. There's never a good time to lose someone but especially not before a holiday that is supposed to bring people together.

I'm gonna miss Dino. I didn't talk to him a ton, but we always got along and had a good time when we did talk. The man had a great sense of humor. We were also on the same page about many serious subjects as well. That was something I really liked about him, when we talked he knew when to joke around and when to take what I was saying seriously. Goodbye my friend.

I can't believe this. He was around when I first showed up a few years ago and he was one of the first members whose name I always remembered. RIP my friend. I was actually hoping it was just about the Beast Wars character and not the poster. Really a shock. RIP Dinobot.
