Best: Rodney Dangerfield as Mr. Burns son. Worst: N'Sync. Good episode, but their apperance wasn't funny at all. Rodney Dangerfield didn't play himself though. I didn't realize they had to be playing themselves, just the best and worst utilizations of them. Thus my own Taylor choice.

Does John Waters' character count as himself? His name was John and he looked exactly like him.

I totally did not notice that, even though I started the thread. But yes, I was looking more for examples of celebrities playing themselves. For what it's worth, I wasn't too impressed with Liz Taylor in "Krusty Gets Kancelled."

I can't believe nobody has said Ronaldo yet for the worst one. The guy can't speak English so he was phonetically spelling the words out as he went along the script! Come on people, you disappoint me. Yao Ming wasn't too good either.

Best: Tie between Mulder/Scully and Green Day for me. Love the X-Files and that episode and I'm a Green Day fan and it did basically set up the plot for the movie.
Worst: I really can't think of any I really disliked that much. If I had to pick one,I'll say 50 Cent just because I'm not a fan of his at all but even that episode didn't bother me that much.
