Do you want Austin to have one final match or simply stay retired?
As much as I'd like to see the man back in the ring one more time I don't want him to. I literally squirmed in my seat during Cyber Sunday whenever he took a bump.

Ok why do people think Austin is like some extremely brittal man? Ok Austin neck is bad but not that bad. You think Austin or the WWE would have Austin take those bumps if it ment he be in a wheel chair? No. It's been said on different times about his health. There was something about him saying that he could work two more years. There was a lot about Austin able to wrestle a couple matches.
The reason why he not is because the right angle. The right oponnent has not come along yet for Austin to do it.

Seeing how unhappy he was at being there last night, my guess is no.

I think we should get one more match out of Stone Cold, a one-time retirement deal maybe. He was probably the biggest star during the Attitude era, they should at least close out his legacy the right way. But he looked so at Cyber Sunday, I wouldn't want an Austin match unless he was happy to do it, and not just because he felt obliged to.

I think Austin was unhappy because he has no place in the storyline (regarding last night I mean).
Austin should have one last match with us fans knowing it was his last because then we can truly appreciate it and then he gets the send off he deserves. It would be good if this came on the same weekend as a Hall Of Fame induction but maybe there is other names who should be in there first (not that its a race or anything).

He's said in the past that he's got a couple more matches left in him and JR recently commented on how he looked to be in great shape That said... it would have to be a HUGE Match, as his last match was incredible and won't likely be matched.

he can still go a few more times....he's said it himself.
reason he's not --> why blow out your last few good matches on pointless storylines? if your going to come back and do it....do it the right way and go out looking good and have it be memorable.
he really did look sad to be there last night......not intense or anything. I think he's prob just tired from having to fly in to do Cyber Sunday and back to filming at 5am today. He went from area-plane-filming with hardly any time for sleep.

No he shouldn't get back in the ring again. Say unless the right angle, and young star, comes along. I mean otherwise what really is the point? I love Stone Cold to death, but the guy returns (in one form or another) three or four time a year as is. It isn't like he is the Rock, who hasn't been around for years now, and thus one more match would be really special no matter the storyline involved.

At some point he should do a build up to wrestlemania for his last hurrah.
That's it though.

Im very skeptical about career ending injuries ever since HBK. HBK's back was apparently shot, and he would never be able to wrestle again. So he comes back for that one match against HHH in the street fight and I cringed every time a move was done to his back. Then in about a month... HBK is working full time and flipping off ladders. Who besides Bret Hart and maybe Rude has really had a career ending injury? Austin could probably still work a full time schedule... but why would he? Hes made his money, is making movies, and could possibly get a very serious injury. I enjoy him and his work, but its probably better to keep him off tv. i rather not have him around then the version we got last night. I'm not big on these one night appearances getting heat off an active wrestler. If a retired wrestler wants to come in work a program (like Foley/Orton) and then leave, I have no problem with that... but these one night appearances bother me.

Well years ago, no one expected HBK to come back and look what happened.

I don't want to see him in the ring due to the fact that he was boring to watch after he broke his neck. He has one of the worst punches in the buisness. I think as a character he is one of the best. He drew like mad during Attitude, but just like with Hogan people forget about how great the talant was around him. Had it just been Austin I don't think it would have been as good.

It's a shame that Austin vs McMahon has never happened at WM. Now it would be almost 10 years too late.
